Comfort Inn Goshen

This hotel was extremely dirty, they moved us to 3 rooms and all of them were dirty. Linens, bathroom, and floors. The elevator also broke while we were there.

Location and staff

Room was mostly clean.Something under bathroom sink not sure if it was mouse poop. Bed was very loud and squeaky! Supposed to be non smoking but could smell Marijuana on first floor hall. Elevator not working so had to carry everything upstairs.

Absolutely nothing the place was beyond a dump

The hotel was filthy. It was beyond disgusting. The elevator was slow and filthy and you couldn’t roll your suitcases on and off. There was only one person working in the hotel, and he was almost never around, and he was hard to get a hold of and rude

Did not know the hotel was being renivated/remodeled. The halways were full of workers supplies. The hotel pool and vending machines were not working either. And the walls and floors were paper thin. In my room, the AC belt was bad.

The indoor pool

It?s under construction But it was well kept rooms clean pool running and lobby welcoming

Staff was friendly, place was clean, room was clean.

Room was freezing when we got in there. So cold it took over 2 hours before we could take our coats off. Phone did not work, smoke alarm broken. Hanging from the ceiling. Bathroom dirty

It was quiet. Clean. And the staff were friendly.

The bed was terrible!!! Like sleeping on wood slats.

Power went out during the night and didn't come back until 8am-ish. The breakfast lady did the best she could before 8 serving muffins & bottle water. But when the power came back, I was impressed on how quickly she had the hot food ready for the guests.

Beds were nice and comfy but the bathroom had a lot of wear and tear. And the toilet bowl was dirty.. otherwise the front seat lady was very friendly and helpful.

Late check in, hot breakfast, clean bug free rooms

The last 2 times we've stayed housekeeping was knocking on our door long before check-out to see if we were leaving. Very rude and missed out on much needed sleep for our very long trip. It's enough that I will look for another place next time.

clean. Staff is excellent especially Amanda 'Ava'. There was a big problem with my reservation on check-out and Ava helped me and navigated the systems, while helping other customers and staff.

Lots of options for breakfast, hot and cold. Also, the parking lot had special parking for tow vehicles and trailers. Plus Walmart is across the street which was convenient.

Staff was pleasant. Pool area was clean.

Uncomfortable bed. No toilet paper holder; roll just set on counter. Breakfast was just ok. Out of waffle batter, very disappointing. Small, rough towels at pool.

There wasn¿t much I liked about this hotel other than it was the closest to the location I needed to go to.

There was no pool located onsite to use. Curtain was falling from celing. Bedding had what looked like dry blood on it. Was given different bedding. The toliet clogged & was given a plunger & told to fix it. Had to ask for towels. No housekeeping Awful

Staff at the front desk was amazing

No pool. No discount or partial refund from the hotel. We all left Ill,, after having their breakfast

Carpet was soaking wet in the room, pool was way too cold & ceiling was dropping plaster pieces by entrance and not enough towels for number of guest

Just the bed and AC

The front desk clerks are not that knowledgable or focused on the job and the key cards didnt wrk for me 4 times and i had to inconveniently go down the elevator to get new ones every day!

In-room microwave & fridge, pleasant personnel and responsive to housekeeping requests. Walmart, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area.

The entire facility is badly worn and beat up: torn curtains, stained upholstery, loose floor tiles, loose toilet, wrinkled bedding, thin and nonabsorbent towels. Considering the age and conditions, this hotel was over-priced and over-rated at 2.5 stars.

Broken tiles in Bathroom, dirty windows & entrance walk in lobby, look into pool room no water in with no explanation that we saw¿

It was a nice staff member.

The room was not clean, curtains had stains on them, elevator smelled horrible. The floor in the elevator needed to be taken up and replaced. The pictures on the website looked nothing like the hotel. Horrible. I need a refund! If I was able to leave I
