Door safety flip guard lock is broken off, 2 nights without a working tv, phone had no cord connected, had to move furniture & unplug a light to plug in microwave, and more!

The he staff were amazing, very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable

The hotel is having a lot of renovations done so first appearance you are skeptical but once you’re in The room all is good. The breakfast area was a little light but I’m sure once renovations are complete it will be back to normal.

The hotel is under construction. As a result it was stuff everywhere thought out the building. We even saw hotel numbers on the floor in the hallway. The ice machine did not work. It was a distinct smell in both rooms we had reserved for our stay and more

Leaving

Cockroach on tv stand and the night auditor wouldn't let me purchase a Gatorade with my cashapp. Cash only he said.

Nothing ! It was awful! Empty beer cans behind night stand, holes in the wall, toilet leaking all over the floor. I?ve never stayed in a worse room than this ! The guy across the hall had his door propped open and was literally frying fish in his room

Everything. Worst experience ever we actually left after a few hours and went and stayed with a relative Didn?t even have a bedframe the mattress was on the floor

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They made unique efforts to help solve an issue with the lighting in our room.

We never ate the provided breakfast offerings. The coffee was fresh and hot. There was no real option for a hot breakfast beyond toasting bread, English muffins or bagels. The hard boiled eggs offered were still in their shells.

Wonderful staff. Very hard working. Cheaper Rates. Hoping the owner continues cheaper rates else who would choose to stay here all the way far away from City. Quiet pleasant environment and comfortable beds

They should be cleaning rooms properly and more often. Breakfast needs to be upgraded with more items.

Hotel Staff is very hard working, have a very good attitude and are helpful. Place is quiet and relaxing as its near highway. Beds are comfortable.

For the price, this is the right selection of hotels, Dont expect a luxurious hotel for this price. Needs some upgrades and more cleaning especially for guests staying multiple nights, their rooms should be cleaned by staff the next day.

No usb charging, the breakfast was very basic continental-bagels, oj, coffee, cold cereal. On the web site it said eggs and waffles etc.

La Quinta inn & suites by Wyndham Frankfort IN is so dirty! We caught a bed bug to show to the front desk. We left the hotel within one hour but he dared to charge us for one night!

Absolutely NOTHING

I didn't like how the guy who runs the front desk charged my card for 2 extra days when I told him I only wanted to boom for 1 day and paid for that day on-site. Charged me $---s for 1 day when it said ---

The channels on the t.v. that's about it

Almost everything. The carpets nasty. The bathroom light flickers. The hallway carpet gross. The pool was closed. Never got offered any trash bags or coffee. I stayed 2 weeks because I had too. The shower nasty. The bed linen gross. Glogged drains. NASTY

It is close to where I needed to be.

The guy at the front desk when I checked in asked some really personal questions, had to tell him those questions had nothing to do with me getting my room. It is in the middle of much needed renovation.

Location

Dirty rooms: dusty, dirty carpet, mold on the walls and around the tub and toilet.. Broken things, cracked walls. Breakfast was not good. Juice had things floating in it and watered down. Staff was very rude.

Location to destination wasn't bad

Not recommended the La Quinta name is not of this establishment of being franchised but independently ran poorly

This hotel is relying completely on the good name of La Quinta. It is obviously an independent operator that clearly does not meet the La Quinta brand standards. Hotel was dirty, room was dirty.

It was close to where we needed to be.

It needs serious updating, fixing, and cleaning.

Staff was ok

Pool has been closed for a long time. Hallways and room had a smell. Carpet needed replacing. In need of major renovations. This is more like a 1 star accommodation and that's being generous.

Staff was great to us we even stayed one more night.
