Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fair Oaks Farms

The pool and lobby area. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and we really enjoyed having the bunkbed option and separate are for the kids.

The restaurant was closed, but there was nothing that told us that when we booked the room. There was black grit, similar to sand, in the sheets. The breakfast selection was very mediocrity considering the "farm freshness" that was advertised everwhere.

Clean. Modern. Friendly staff.

AC in room was noisy and never really kept the room cool enough. Made for miserable sleeping. Heard from others that their rooms were the same.

The location was perfect. The free breakfast was nice. The attached restaurant was great. The holiday lights trail was cool with the fire pits at the end and the beverage stand.

quiet, cleanliness, location, friendly staff

no room service, restaurant prices too high, food not that great

The hotel is very modern with a nice pool. The rooms were clean and nicely doctorates. Paul Mitchel toiletries. Nice staff.

ran out of basics during breakfast, didn¿t restock, But what was offered was still hot and the breakfast area was continuously maintained.

This farm-themed hotel is part of a unique property. It¿s a fun stop for a family and has an enjoyable attached restaurant, some agricultural attractions, and a fun pool. Staff members were accommodating, and we had a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the hotel, but the beds were very firm ¿ too firm for our tastes. Because there are active agricultural operations at this location, there was a manure smell outside the hotel. That¿s to be expected but might bother some people.

The location and the fact the hotel was new and clean.

Check in attendant seemed annoyed but perhaps she was in training and concentrating on her job tasks.

They were very nice and courteous

Pool slide was only open on weekends for si many hours

Very clean, attractive and comfortable.

Not at all!

It’s the best location!! With the farm and the fabulous restaurant it was amazing! Last year we went and it was awesome...

Our room was a smoking room 229 ... i’m allergic to smoke. The front desk said they could not move us anywhere and they sent up an empty bottle of for breeze. There was a folded towel with a stain on it!! Like someone has just wiped themselves with it.

We liked that the hotel was on the Fair Oaks Farm property.

We did not like the fact that there were not many policies being followed to keep guests safe with the Covid pandemic. Staff was not wearing masks when at the desk or walking around the hotel, and there were many guests not wearing masks as well.

The cows, the hot tub

Breakfast, location to Fair Oaks attractions

The people working there were great, very accommodating and friendly.

I'm so thankful for the location/reservation. I hate feeling gouged due to parents weekend.

did I mentioned getting gouged price wise for the weekend?

Excellent service and staff
