The beautiful room and location of the hotel

Cons -

Floor area/ hall way in front of elevator were nasty
I did not receive the room type I booked, I had even called on Thursday to confirm room type
The room still had dirty towels from the previous occupant. The door lock card reader died so we were unable to get into our room
