Comfort Inn Edinburgh - Columbus

No cold water from the bathroom sink, took 15 minutes to finally get cold enough to drink. Water level in commode was so high it was impossible to sit down and use the toilet

Was expecting pool. Was closed

Breakfast was great...good coffee!

There wasn't really any hot water in the shower.

The lady at the desk needs replaced she's very rude and bad for business

The room was clean. Also the free breakfast was excellent.

Our original room did not have a functional toilet. However, the sweet lady at the front desk changed our room quickly, with no difficulties.

The newly , well designed hotel in genersl. . Eth clean & so relaxing Food was above average, atmosphere was lovely. Only two ways to improve: should have ( & still can) changed out the old , low cammodes. Sitting that low is NOT comfortable for amyon

The low commode & not having soap or shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. With those 2 changes¿ this particular hotel would be 10s all the way. Actually another grab bar in the tub would be an extra help to prevent any fall¿ Placed on bk wall above tub.

Clean rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Complimentary breakfast was great.

No hot tub.

Convenient, right off the highway. Many restaurants available and within walking distance to the hotel. Most of all, the cleanliness of the hotel and the very good breakfast. If we are in the area again, we will make reservations for the same hotel.

A little more color on the bed.

No front desk staff for the first 20 minutes. Then it took almost 50 minutes to check in

Location next to interstate and outlet mall. The workout room was good. Staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Could use a weight bench in the gym room.

My room had some water damage to the ceiling and wall. It looked like it was repaired but not a very good job of it.

The room was extremely damp. Everything was clean, but it was musty and humid despite the air conditioning.

Easy on and off the expressway. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice and were clean.

The very friendly and helpful staff and the room. Just wished I could have been able to go into the exercise room.

Figuring out how to get into the hotel. Outside of that, it was the best hotel out of the 3 that we visited.

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the extra small pillows.

The jacuzzi was dirty. Soap scum all along the bottom and sides. Had to clean the jacuzzi before we could use it. The toilet would not flush, the floor towel that goes in front of the jacuzzi was wet. No coffee for the in-room coffee maker.

Rooms were clean and had plenty of linens. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and very friendly staff

Pool and fitness room were closed.

Vicinity to outlet mall

Booked this hotel for pool. The pool heater wasn¿t working so we couldn¿t use it. Our room smelled musty and the carpeting was damp.

Nice room and grest bed. Breakfast very good.

It was in a very good location.

Our room was moist, the floor was wet, smelled very moldy. We had to keep the window open the whole time we were there just to be able to breathe. We all ended up being really sick after staying in the room that weekend.
