- Closeness to outside door and pool
- The front desk guy I believe his name was Will was awesome!! He made our stay
- The front staff was kind and accommodating. The lobby was nice. The front desk staff, while short staffed came and cleaned the hair out of the hot tub for us so we could enjoy the pool area. Nice guy!!
Cons -
- The bed was too soft
- Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Soap residue on the counter and towel rack. Toothpaste splatter from previous guest still on the mirror and floor was dirty (especially the corners - they probably hadn¿t been clean for a while). Yuck!
- Front desk staff being rude to me for having legitimate complaints about being overcharged for rooms.

I was overcharged two weeks in a row. I was treated poorly by staff. I will not be back.
