Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Crawfordsville By IHG

The room & bed & breakfast were wonderful.

Thanks to several weddings, this hotel was booked solid. And that meant that there were out of fresh linens for the next day. So at 3 am, someone commenced doing laundry, which just happened to be adjacent to our room = not good = I did get them to stop

The free mouthwatering breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was available from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. The noon checkout time alleviated the need to rush in the morning, resulting in w restful sleep.

Future stays could be improved by expanding accessible parking and connecting the overflow parking lot by adding sidewalks to allow guests to utilize the luggage carts regardless of where they park.

Late Check in Reps were courtesy, knowledgeable, customer friendly. fair with the check in process.

Not enough blankets on bedding - no fault of anyone!

Staff was nice and friendly. Most of the restaurants and business on the other side of town. 8-10 minute drive

Grandson opened a bagel for breakfast and found mold on the bagel

Spacious and clean room, sound proofed.

Nothing special

We liked everything. The location to 74. It was immaculate. Friendly employees. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. They offer Dove products in the room. Definitely will return.

Quiet rooms, amenities, friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast

Breakfast at this location, and the kitchen lady were excellent

The bathroom had misc hair on floor, in sink and tub.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was kind.

The rooms were not quiet. We could hear the people above us easily, and the sound of the exit door near our room opening and closing all night. Also, the bathroom wasn¿t very clean with hairs from previous guests in all the corners. Breakfast was mediocr

Pool for kids

No one at front desk 24/7 readily, still all covid staffed vibes it felt.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Was on first floor for the first time very loud hope to never have that again have to get up very early for work so very unhappy about not getting much sleep¿

3rd floor unlocked windows that wouldn't licked at all so my kids could fall out. The beds were messy and the tv didn't work.

Great room, breakfast, staff.

Comfortable clean rooms, amazing breakfast, great location!

Location and excellent breakfast.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was perfect 10 out of 10 in every category. This time the staff was harsh, the elevator smelled of diesel fuel, and the bathroom had an intermittent sewer smell.

This was a terrific overnight stay. Close to the highway but not right on it. Hot breakfast was wonderful, staff VERY courteous! Room was extremely clean and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

There was nothing bad about this hotel.

Location was great. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Room was very dusty, there was a crushed beer can behind the shower curtain, carpet was filthy and the power button on the remote control didn¿t work so we had to turn the TV on and off on the side of the TV.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Pool area clean. Breakfast ample and tasty.
