Comfort Inn Crawfordsville

It was everything that was advertised. Pool was open and clean, fitness room available and clean, rooms clean, breakfast was amazing! I'll travel the extra 50 minutes to stay here again when visiting family in Illinois

quick check in as they were ready for me....very clean room, quite. did not use the FREE Breakfast

Weeds around the hotel were 2 and 3 feet tall..the exterior did NOT meet Comfort Standards....

The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice.

The room/AC smelled like urine. I would have requested a new one but we were very late arriving and too tired to move.

Close to a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic and safe for walking. Also, close to the interstate making it close and easy to find

Staff was very kind and did their best to help. Loved the addition of an evening meal m-w.

Something in the room got our allergies going. Not sure what. Staff did check the AC filter and it had been cleaned. They also treated it with a cleaner to help us out. I will say again the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.

The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts that we've ever had in a hotel.

It was a bit run down. There was a smart TV, but it didn't work properly. Broken handle on a closet door, a/c had to be turned way down to cool the room. Pool is tiny. Very uncomfortable bed.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Clean rooms and breakfast was very good.

If you are a Senior Citizen with some disability the beds are t high and hard to get in them. They should have handicap parking with ramps at both ends of the building. It made it difficult traveling with an 83 year old who is only 5'2 inches tall.

Front desk was great and help me out with getting the room earlier then checking time. Very clean facility and great staff .

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean with excellent amenities.

The road leading to the site was not well maintained. The room did not have blackout curtains.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We had nice conversations with the lady that was caring for breakfast each morning on our two day stay. Breakfast was very good and kept up fresh, hot, and clean.

The door on room 127 was out of square, rubbed at the top and gaped at the bottom on the latch side.

Breakfast was great and inclusive. We arrived too late but offered some food around dinner time as well. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful

Each staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Saltwater pool, clean facilities, lots of breakfast options including biscuits and gravy. Additional food available for purchase at front counter.

They said they're one of the top 10 hotels of their brand in the whole country! And you could tell. Clean room, nice staff, nice clean pool area, quality breakfast.

The only thing we didn't love was we were surprised to be charged for a rollaway. We didn't know it was an extra fee until we were checking out. Not a huge deal ($15), but would have been nice to know up front.

Had trouble getting the Wi-Fi to stay connected while we were there this time.

It was clean, quiet, well organized and the breakfast was good. It was also a comfortable temperature the whole visit.

Breakfast was the same everyday but still really good. Pool was cold so we didn¿t stay in long lol Had to bring in bottled water because water tasted like chlorine

Needs some updating. We were in the second floor and at 2 in the morning, You could hear the people upstairs walking around in their room.

I really liked how the front desk was helpful informative and just happy about being there I can't remember what the lady's name was but we had a nice conversation while she was getting me checked in and was very helpful as far as finding resources
