Knights Inn - Crawfordsville, IN

It was dirty. I could not shower because there were rodent droppings in the bathtub. And there was graffiti written on the bathroom door. The hotel staff was rude as well.

They could not find my PAID reservation. Then I tried to pay on site for 1 night and was told they had no rooms available

It had a funny smell, not really bad, but maybe the laundry scent? It bothered my daughter

Absolutely nothing

They would not honor the reservation we made thru you. Me and my children slept in my car that night. You guys were of no help either. I will never use your service again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone ever again

It ease always clean everyone is so kind and friendly and I will be back when I need a comfortable place to stay thank you all for your kindness and helping me out when I was trying to find how to get to the place where my car was

Cost and location.

website said continental breakfast, there was none. It was in need of an upgrade. Heating/air unit was missing the grill, light over sink didn't work properly. Bathroom wall by tub had water damage.

There was no breakfast,no pool as advertised.The room smelled,ceiling was coming down in bathroom,hairs on the toilet ,no soap,only one towel,and comforters had mold on them.I cancelled next night and they were supposed to refund and have not.

There is nothing that I can say positive about this

The traffic was so terrible you can hear it in the room no sleep to be gotten and was totally disgusting it smelt of must and the bathroom tiles were busted off in the bathroom floor

How they let me have a date check out and the manager was very friendly

Yes I did not like the fact that even though they say one of the amenities is breakfast they do not and I did not like how dirty the rooms always are how there was no soap or anything in the room

The owner/manager called my room hitting on me made me scared to be there so left.

Smell of room. Early morning activities in adjacent room. Cigarette butt and other debris left on our vehicle from the second floor balcony.

The reason I chose this place is online it said it had a pool and continental breakfast. It has neither!!! The room smelled like sewer all night.

I rep at the desk couldn’t figure out how to pull up my booking and tried to get me to leave. I had him restart his computer and it worked.

Very limited cable channels. Went to desk and stated could not get channel listed on printout. Clerk stated troubles and manager was going to check out on Monday. Impression not a current problem. Channel in lobby not available in room.

We were promised queen beds, but they were full size. There were no refrigerator, no microwave and no hot water. The worse was the smell of cigarette smoke. I had to buy Lysol and spray the entire room. I will not stay there ever again!
