Best Western Plus Crawfordsville Hotel

The girl working the front desk went over and above to assist us by bringing us extra towels straight from the dryer. When we first got to our room the toilet wasn't working properly and she immediately came up and fixed it.

Front desk lady was the happiest nicest person. The guy cooking omelets was good too.

Beds were very wrinkled and poorly made up. Wasn't sure if the sheets had been replaced. Ice maker on our floor didn't work. One of the sliding shower doors was off its track and wouldn't move. How was that missed?

Hotel room was dirty, there were stains all over the carpet and bed sheets. Bathroom was dirty & the soap & bodywash dispenser didn't work ended up washing hands with shampoo. Tv didn't work, the fridge was turned off & I needed to store milk for my baby

Clean and close to a nice eating place. Nice and quiet. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted the 2nd or 3rd floor. She told us the 3rd floor was the quietest. I liked that because we wanted quiet to sleep.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was great, they had made to order omelettes (be sure to have some cash to trip the cook), scrambled eggs, sausage patties and seasoned potatoes in addition to bagels, muffins and make your own waffles.

The front desk clerk got into an argument with one of the cleaning ladies about taking towels from a certain cabinet. It became pretty loud and went on for several minutes, all within earshot of the guests in the lobby and those having breakfast

The location of the hotel was great. The front desk personnel was also extremely helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was a little sketch. There were no eggs, sausage, gravy, or meat on the buffet. The gentleman doing the omelettes was not doing a very good job of keeping up or being friendly. It was not that busy either!

The hotel did not meet expectations for this hotels reputation and rating. The hotel was not very clean. There was an indescribable odor in the hallway. Someone had smoked in the room there were ashes on the window sill. Door looked like it had been brok

Hotel was conveniently located and the staff was more than accommodating for our group of rowdy football players. They were kind and patient with us and really helpful.

The breakfast area is way too small. Youre standing on top of each other and those seated to get food. Our fridge had the previous guests food in it and there was a mystery brown streak across from the toilet on the wall. The side door is broken open.

We found shards of broken glass on the floor in the room and in the bathroom. Housekeeping came to clean it up this some.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were well appointed and spacious, lobby and general areas were clean and welcoming. Made-to-order omelets at breakfast was a nice touch and staff went out of their way to be friendly.

The room was very nice. It was nice size, and clean. The fridge leaked at the bottom when we woke up. We reported it and they were receptive to getting fixed after we left since we were checking out. Staff there were all nice.

The breakfast area wasn¿t very good that day. They made omelets for us but my husband¿s wasn¿t fully cooked. The coffee machine broke but the staff were trying to get it fixed. We got the last silverware set out and other items were out. Not the best day.

AC did not work. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Went down for breakfast was yelled at by the person cooking the eggs for no reason he was shorthanded never stay at the best Western and then we had two rooms was $--- total for one night expec

A full fridge and kitchenette! Comfortable bed. easy check-in. Quiet location. Breakfast inclluded. Tasty!

The lotion dispencer in the room was empty.

The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. The room was very nice and had some really good essentials such as convenient USB chargers and power outlets on each nightstand. Front desk staff was extremely friendly.

Breakfast area gets very crowded, maybe the hours could start earlier to try to stagger the crowd. Staff did provide the boardroom also as an option for sitting down.

SUPER CLEAN, super prompt service and Breakfast! They have someone who makes fresh inlets!!!! 100/10 would stay again
