Holiday Inn Express Cloverdale (Greencastle) by IHG

Everything was so clean and fresh!

Noisy guests in other rooms after midnight, loud tv and talking was so obnoxious

Good breakfast. Felt safe.

Older furnishings. Peeling wallpaper. Dirty stairway.

I was impressed with the accommodations in the bathroom. All the shampoo, conditioner and body was was right there. The towel rack was nice. Made of wood not the expected metal in other hotels. Couldn't hear people walking in the hall or showers.

Just minimal noise ( woman and kid talking and a man talking. And a couple of knocks) .

Had such a great holiday staying here. We have lots of grandkids, which we only see once a year, the staff was very patient with kids eating their cookies and playing at the pool. We thank you so much

Rooms were very old looking and quite outdated especially for a holiday inn express

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and that location was great.

This hotel needs to have a carpet steaming business come in and clean the carpet. Our white socks were black from walking around the room.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice breakfast with lots of choices including biscuits and gravy!

The motel was not very clean and the room had a nasty smell to it.

Room smelled; for some reason was given an ADA room with step in shower. Shower head was a wand that hung awkwardly on the shower wall. Did not match attachment (that was coming off the wall) to hold heavy shower head/wand, had to be held with my hand.

Nice location; fairly quiet; close to restaurants. Easy access to/from I-70. Good breakfast. Friendly / helpful staff.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of the location and the free continental breakfast. The staff member who is responsible for the breakfast didn¿t show up

Location was good.

Building not clean. Carpets dirty. Staff not very knowledgeable or efficient.

The bathroom had no ventilation and was impossible to get ready. It was Unsafe due to the fact that the heat moisture buildup on the floor and you slipped and you just could not get ready correctly because the bathroom was just so full of moisture

The pool and hot tub were perfect. Gluten free bagels for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There were ladybugs all in the room did not get to sleep because of it. Left hotel early and there was not another room. Room 233

No hot breakfast, exercise room closed Staff said it was because of covid but we should have been warned. We would have stayed at another hotel

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Several choices, eggs,sausage

Hot tub was closed, no fridge or Microwave. Ice machine out of order, and when I asked, I was told to go to the corner gas station.

GOOD PRICE. breakfast good

BLOODY ICE MACHINES OUT OF COMMISSION. both the ones on level one and level 2. on check in a dog held by another visitor barked and growled at me.

Breakfast, cleanliness

No fridge, desk vacant overnight, we left an item at the pool but the very next day it disappeared from their office where they were sure they¿d seen it, incredibly loud air conditioning, pool floor buckling

That we could only sign up for hotel pool in time slots. I paid 200 for my autistic daughted to get 3 and a half hours in the poor. But completely worth it
