Clean, comfortable beds ,outstanding staff! The breakfast was very good ! Couldn't have asked for more !

No from the room. To the cleanliness, and breakfast we couldn't be more pleased ! The staff goes above and beyond! The only I'll book in Anderson, next time I get to go home ! Thank you Marriott !

The staff was excellent.

The bed was very uncomfortable as was the room itself. There is no chair other than an office chair and it just didn't feel as inviting as it did last time we stayed at this hotel.

There was no hot water in our room. The A/C did not work in our room so after 3 hours they had to move us to another room. And the pool was closed because of a chemical imbalance we were advised. Horrible stay.

Hotel was clean, desk staff at arrival was pleasant and informative, bed comfortable (liked different thicknesses of beds pillows. It offered some preference for sleeping)

We may as well not have had a tv. The remote was confusing as to how to pursue all the tv apps offered.

Close to location for business trip. Nice breakfast.

Shampoo dispenser did not work. LED bulb strobing on lamp next to bed.

Issues with room cards with after midnight check-in. Not a fan of packaged breakfast. Hotel needs updating.

My brother & his family stay often when he comes to visit our dad, highly recommended. Only wish the manager would¿ve allowed me to swap for a room w/ 2 QB instead of 1 KB. KB was only option online . But when call they had 2Q. When arrived No can do.

It is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

The shower floor was really slippery. I almost fell. They should provide mats or do something else to remedy this before someone falls and gets hurt.

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at this hotel because I was traveling with a pet. However, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and graciously cancelled my reservation. She also guided me to pet-friendly hotels in the area.

Comfort, cleanliness

We waited almost an hour for the casino shuttle to come get us from the hotel when we were told it was normally a 15 minute wait. The noise outside the room like in the hallway and the ding of the elevator was easily heard in our room. Noisy :(

indoor pool not well ventilated , caused coughing and sore throats for several family members.

This hotel is brand new, so everything is very nice and clean. The breakfast is pretty good and the front desk mentioned there was a shuttle to the casino.

They failed to mention that the pre-approval for incidentals was $90 and it took 4 days for the charge to drop off of my account.

Overall, everything was fine. Nothing stands out as a favorite.

Road noise. Shocked at how loud 69 is as far away as the hotel sits. I could hear every vehicle all night and that was over the sound of the noise machine we brought. And the elevator bell...I cannot think of any reason not to disable that loud bell.
