Our toilet leaked all over our bathroom floor. We had to put a towel down so we didn't walk in toilet water. It is in bad need of an update.

It was close to the interstate. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff at the desk, breakfast area, and maids. Everyone was courteous and went out of their way to be welcoming!

Nice oil hot tub and generous continental breakfast , good parking for those traveling with an RV or MH

Beds were super hard. Breakfast had great selection, but wasn?t that good. I?m not a picky eater.

They carged my card for 24 hrs

They over charged my card by $600& tied it up, still haven?t got it, it?s been 4+days.room was dirty, outdated, just dingy! washer, hot tub, ice machines, restrooms.Out of order. the owner walking around accusing people of smoking!Just 2 take deposits.

Price was low

Funky smell, Windows had some weird cloudy haze couldn't even see out. curtain rod didn't go all the way across.. you could not close the curtains and block out the parking lot lights or morning sunlight, carpet obviously not vacuumed

Very nice staff. I asked for a quiet room and was put on the third floor on the side furthest from the interstate - much appreciated. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Def would stay here again.

needed maintenance, toilet did not flush, lock had been forced open on door, the window screen was damaged.

Friendly staff and room was very clean. Our housekeeper was great! Front desk very helpful. Even with people coming back from a concert it was not too noisy and was able to get sleep

Had called ahead to check the pool prior to booking as needed a place with hot tub/pool combo for therapy and unfortunately it had closed the day we arrived. Got told should be open in am and it was not entire stay. Weekend breakfast hard for diabetics.

The only thing that we enjoyed was the fact that they had a room and that the bed wasn't uncomfortable.

The hotel has not been kept up. It does look like they could be remodeling now, but man it is rough. We didn't shower at all as the shower was NASTY. There were bugs. Our door number was a piece of paper with 337 on it taped to the door. Dirty & old!

Location. I've stayed here several times.

Hot tub didn't work which is why I chose this hotel. Management was in no hurry to fix it nor did I receive a refund of any type. Worst stay ever here. In addition, they served the same breakfast 2 days in a row. I wonder if they used leftovers. Yuck.

Housekeeping was the best part of the stay they were kind helpful and only three staff members from the front desk were helpful kind and did not judge me other than that the other staff behind the desk we're rude judgmental and should know someone's life.

Absolutely three of the staff behind the front desk was so judgmental because of my tattoos and looks and did not know that my stay here was for being at the hospital and having treatment for my cancer and their pool was needed for my bones.

The window in our bottom floor room did not lock. Anyone from the outside could have gotten into our room. Very big safety issue! . The pillows on the bed looked were dirty. Looked like someone stepped on them with shoes on.

They had a working pool and hot tub. It had a full breakfast.

It smelled like smoke, there were stains all over the room. There were lots of things broken down. It was just pretty gross overall.

Yea I couldn't get a key made so I had to qask front desk to let me in. Anytime I went anywhere. The breakfast was nasty.
