Very nice and professional staff. One of the best breakfast selection I've seen. Especially that sugar free syrup was part of the setup and I didn't need to ask for it

The mattresses and pillow was outstanding. Literally the best pillow I've ever used. I took a picture of the tag and will try and find where I can get one.

Room was so dirty and musty. Stains on the carpet. Stains on the fabric furniture. Shower tile grout was nasty and needed to be scrubbed. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Over all this room was disgusting. I will never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly

The wall above the heat/ac was all molded and falling apart. The bath tub was filthy, light bulbs were out in some lights, and elevators have been down for a while.

The bed

The elevator was broken for our stay. There were stains on the carpet, furniture, window shades and tub. The cleaning staff did not line the garbage cans with a bag.

Nothing about this hotel was good.

Their website changed 3 times from when I booked my room. It showed it was pet friendly to not allowing pets to only allowing service pets. So I paid for a room that I didn't even get to stay in. When I asked about a refund I was told not happening

The breakfast was very good. Also, the bed was quite comfortable! Staff was very helpful!

There wasn't anything not to like except for the renovations which wasn't much of a hassle!

Slight musty odor in room.The lighting was minimal.Looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling. All upholstered furniture was heavily stained.Wallpaper peeling in a couple of places Couldn't turn the TV volume up or down. Looks like it used to be nice.

Floors were dirty the couch was dirty and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

I expected much more from a Holiday Inn Express - higher priced than many in the area, but I depended on higher quality for the higher price; very disappointed in both the appearance and cleanliness of the place.

Lady serving breakfast was so friendly. Queen suite large and beds comfortable.

Breakfast very limited. No milk for 3 days as truck did not deliver for 3 days. Each day breakfast went downhill due to lack of food. Grocery store nearby - they could have gotten milk, eggs, etc. Pool closed all 5 days. No notice on website.

Toilet seat did not fit size of toilet and would slip off the side.

Bed, pillows, and comforter were comfortable.

Shower was poor pressure. There was some trash in the room that did not get picked up. The bathroom did not appear very clean as there was hair on the floor under the sink.
