- The room was nice
- Clean , Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast
- Breakfast staff were nice. Daytime front desk staff were okay. Room was ok.
Cons -
- I dont like the fact they still holding my 50 dollar deposit and my stay was over a week ago
- Front desk staff at night. They disappeared for a long time and had people waiting. Got locked out of room since key card failed to work and our screaming baby was locked inside. Staff was no where for 45 plus minutes. Almost called 911 to break in.Prior to arrival, tried calling and never got a person to answer. IHG corporate tried, nothing. Booking.com tried, nothing. Front desk staff here at night are getting paid to not be there and not help while being high and uncaring
- One of the elevators was not working and the hallway on my floor was really hot. There was a non working lamp in my room which was not big deal as I was going to a concert but I did alert the desk up on check out

The breakfast was good and had a good variety of items. The bed were comfortable and the room was clean. I Temperature was great and could be changed with a thermostat on the wall. liked it had free parking and close to shopping in the same plaza
