The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

No one at front desk for check in. No ice bucket in room. Cooler in room was hot. Breakfast was a mess. Asked for plates said they were out. Asked for milk said they were out. Waffle mix was thin and runny so waffles were hard and crispy.

Locations was perfect. The cleanliness and the staff.

Didn?t have a hot tub and the pool was not clear.

The lighting in the room was very poor. The room could have used at least one bright light.

The hotel is very neat clean and comfortable. The hotel was also unusually quiet. I enjoyed that.

There was no problem with the hotel itself however I do feel that the toilets are located in an awkward space in the room and require too long of a walk. I also was disappointed that there was no central lighting button.

The morning we departed - started the rental car. someone had stolen the catalytic converter, sounded like a jet - had to drive all the way to the airport with a very loud noise. I called hotel, report incident, cops were there other cars were hit.

Our room vent/heater was making a horrible loud noise throughout the night and kept waking us up. I did not request another room because we arrived around 4:30 am and my kids were so tired they went to sleep right away and I didn't want to move them.

The hotel was clean

I was highly disappointed when I called for room service and was told service is only offered to guests who stay 5 days or more. That was never explained prior to reservations nor during check in. We had to order clean towels each day and store garbage.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wide range of breakfast items, considering these covid times.

The hotel was outstanding. Very clean and quiet. Hotel staff was extremely friendly- from the desk to the service people. We have marked this as a favorite so when we return to the area we will stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed plastic spoons and she offered me some and showed me where I could get them if she was not around.

The only real issue was that the floor was not vaccumed. The beed sheets looked and felt fresh, towels were fresh and clean.
