Lots of room, very comfortable bed, nice size frig

Ice machine broken all 4 days🤔 Configuration of bathroom door necessitated backing into the shower or around the backside of the toilet in order to close or open the door

Beds were really comfortable!!

1. Carpets in our room had LOTS of stains!! 2. The tiny bar. The bar is no bigger than a personal basement bar. Very disappointing. Pics are quite deceptive. We were told that a full week before our stay, that they ran low on food. Only had 3 options .

False fire alarm evacuation at 3 am. Our accessible room was on the 5th floor. My mom needed to walk a step at a time in the egress stairway at 3 am.

the toilet didn't work properly, the TV didn't work properly, the room service menu was so old that most of the items on the list didn't exist. Tiny bathroom compared to the size of the room. TV was split between bed area and sitting area - horrible

though dog friendly there was not a friendly place for my dog to go other than your gardens.

Room carpet torn & patched. Frayed & worn towels. Bathroom unbelievable, low lighting, door to bathroom cleared toilet by 1 inch, had to stand in shower to open door. Lacked parking in poorly lite area, had to request room service to clean and refresh.

Location is great. Quick access to highway.

There was a loud, all night party going on in the room next to ours. We called the front desk and reported it. The party continued all night despite "quiet hours." The hotel would not enforce the policy nor remove the group. Disappointing.

The room was dirty. There was trash on the floor. Dirty silverware and food wrappers laying around.

Staff were friendly

Hotel is a little outdated. Bathroom is very small, you have to squeeze between the toilet and the door to get in. The showers internal valve is so old that you basically have two options, boiling hot or freezing cold. Breakfast not restocked

Was the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed in. No Coffee, no breakfast, dirty and crabby desk clerk at check-in.

Living area / can watch Netflix from laptop if needed

No microwave in room.

Clean, good mattress, ok tv, nice shower, quick elevator, great price. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

It was a little too far north from our facility to be a 10 re: location.

The bed and shower were good- air conditioning system was the worst!

I called to complain about the fan never going off in the air conditioning and blowing on us all night - keeping us up- she told us to turn off the system - really? So it should be hot? The gal at the front desk told me they are replacing the systems !

this place has gone downhill fast. grungy carpeting and sofas, the staff has changed and not overly friendly now. unpleasant experience and won't get back.

The towels look about 10 years old. Carpets throughout are filthy. My air conditioner panel would not stay closed and by being open revealed a disgustingly filthy filter. They did come up to change the filter but the panel kept hanging open. Finally fixed
