The location of the hotel, amenities and the breakfast.

The room I requested wasn't available and I had to take an accessible suite. The dishwasher was broken and nasty. The cabinet under the sink smelled like mold. The bed was too low. Garbage was in the hallway for an extended amount of time by the elevator.

The staff was amazing and very hospitable

There was a smell. Our room was not clean to expectations. There was red hair all over the bathroom and the garbage was not emptied, sheets had stains on them.

Unethical service. Once we checked in our room we asked if we could have a room with double beds. I gave the clerk my credit card to pay the additional $25 she requested. She asked if I had cash because the system wouldn¿t except my card.

Room was a little dirty and the furniture is old. The bed was too soft and made for a sore neck.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

The bed definitely needed to be replaced. You could tell by just looking at it that the springs were damaged. When you sat on it you sunk in and it made squeaky noises.

There were a lot of bugs in the room. Fruit flys or something flying around, I probably killed 10+ of them. And ants in the bathroom.

People are great, room is adequate

Cleanliness was not up to par for a 3 stars hotel. When I first checked in the room had crumbs and insects in the kitchen. I had to change rooms because I didn't feel comfortable. I don't think I'll book there again.

Absolutely nothing Very dated...literally falling apart. The desk clerk double charged me for the room and never said anything. I had to make four phone calls to get situation resolved.

Top comforter look a little dirty once held against the light. Didn¿t end up using it.

The Front desk CLERK KEPT The exact helpful energy throughout my stay. The ONLY Reason I didn’t leave - even w being FULLY PAID For.

Parking lot is an ACCIDENT WAITING to happen. ThisHotel’s Lights outside is the newest thing there. It isWORN. Half cleaning job. Sticky surfaces on entry. I wasactually shocked that is was the SAME PRICE asEmbassy& that Tacky. Front desk girl

We stayed in room 434 and there were bed bugs. My husband and I got bit and got rashes on our legs.

SMOKEY SMOKEY SMOKEY room from cigarette smoke coming into the room thru the duct work. Ridiculous. The last time I stayed there the hot water went out and we had cold showers.

The staff are friendly and helpful

No hot water for a shower. Previous stay the water was lukewarm. I complained and they supposedly were fixing it but the situation did not improve. I won’t stay here again until I’m sure the hotel actually has hot water for a shower.

Love the woman who makes omelettes in the morning- she is so sweet!

Someone had smoked in my room prior to my reservation and the hotel cleaning staff just left the window open to air it out. When I entered the room the smell was foul and the whole room was about 45 degrees

Friendly staff.

Smelled strange like possibly a moldy smell. Had to change rooms, but had to walk into several to find one that did not have the same issue. The shower doors leaked in both rooms so water on the floor when the door is shut. Reason for smell possibly???

Close to downtown Naperville... lots of things to do around the hotel area.

Staff was not knowledgeable.

Convenient location for our needs. Decent breakfast.

Significant issue with reservation. Double-booked our room and gave a key to another guest that tried to enter our room at Midnight. Fortunately we had the internal lock on so they couldn't enter. More to say about this but will contact the manager.

Coffee was not great; no plastic cups in the room to use for taking outside

The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and soaps. We also forgot one of our toothbrushes and it was provided free of charge.

The breakfast room was crowded and the food was not particularly fresh. The shower door didnt close all the way.
