Very clean hotel. Rooms were good size. Breakfast was nice. Helpful staff

In the middle of a commercial area so not walking distance to anything but close to highway and plenty of places by car.

Good sea, great rooms, the person who checked my group in was very proactive and this minimized our initial check in

Loved everything, room was spacious and clean, facilities were very nice.

Breakfast was lame. Packaged waffles and breakfast sandwiches do not stay fresh in a hot pan, they get cold, hard and chewy.

Nothing to like other than their hot tub works.

The halls were dirty.There were stains all on the walls, a hole gaping from the ceiling and a m&m on the room floor for a bonus. The pool looked like hasn¿t been cleaned in over a week. Don¿t waste your money here. They¿ll give you an incomplete dirty rm

Proximity to me meeting location and...it's cleanliness, comfort, & friendly staff. The atmosphere was calm & healthy.

Spot on the ceiling indicated there was some sort of water damage, probably some years ago. Despite the repair & paint, the stained drywall bleed through.It was just something I noticed, but the ceiling was not cracked or broken.

The amenities and how quiet the stay was. The hot tub didn¿t work though.

The tub in the room was stuck in shower mode and one of the sheets had a cigarette hole in it. The shades had tape over the cut areas and on some places of the couch were unexplained white spots and obvious food stains. Not the cleanest.

The pool and hot tub very clean! Also wasn¿t a large crowding. Felt like seclusion and space which I like!

Was not hot breakfast buffet like advertised more like grab and go! Also tvs in room are outdated!

I forgot my purse in my room. I actually had no idea it was missing. The hotel manager went above and beyond to contact so I could get it back. Amazing!!

Comfortable beds, good location, roomy since we had the 2 room suite, friendly staff. Kept the pool open later for us since we checked in later in the evening. Pull out sofa bed had memory foam mattress which was nice.Very clean hotel.

Had room 221 and the air cond. was NOISY and blew into my face all night. Shower was disappointing.Toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush. Only had 3 sets of towels for a 4 person room. Breakfast was minimal, nothing hot.

The location is ideal, near highways. The room set-up is great for families.

The hotel smelled horribly of Marijuana and staff thought it was funny when we complained. Very old and rundown, felt dirty. Breafast was worst continental I've had and only available till 9 on a weekend.

Our room was clean and the location was good.

The common areas like the stairwell and elevator were extremely dirty, and were never cleaned over the course of our 4-night stay.

The male staff at night time had an attitude when you would ask a question. He can across that he didn¿t want to be bothered.

Just the location

The room was full of dog hair, the room stink of pet urine, the bedframe was broken at the head and the pool was closed.

Amenities in the room. Rarely had to ask staff for anything for basis comforts.

The google internet service was not available in the lobby business service area. You have to save the file on a flash drive if you happen to have one in order to print. Or, have the staff print for you. But, that was not a deterrent. Staff aptly helped.

The location and price

The appliances and counters in my room looked grungy. After staying in the hotel for 2 nights I requested for someone to come clean and they refused. They did come get used towels and trash that I left in the hall but did not leave nee trashbags

Location; pet friendly.

Hotel lobby carpet remained dirty. No housekeeping. Breakfast was a bottle of watwe, a piece of fruit, and a packaged muffin. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Kitchen cabinets were banged up; bathroom dated. I will NEVER stay here again and I visit family

The location was amazing the room was good , only problem was that the drawers on the bathroom sink were broken

The staff was very rude and not friendly AT ALL!! The man got an attitude when we asked for more towels he stated “there are already towels in the room how many more do you need” also got an attitude when we called down and asked for a bottle opener

Size of room.

Too many to name: did not meet Star level, room, elevator & hallway stunk. Entire building was run down. Rust & peeling paint, everywhere in the pool area. Hot tub was not even warm (the reason why we booked the place). To top it off, room was $---/night.
