The price and the convenience of the location of the hotel

Too many things that went wrong at the hotel fighting, price changes in the middle of the stay, rooms not ready had to wait an extra hour to check in

Staff was responsive and understanding

I had rejected another room due to smoke odor. This new on-Door would not lock from inside. Bathroom had some black mold. I flushed a roach down in bathroom. No chair but they brought a very old torn out chair for me.

I forgot my belongings there. Called them to let them know and was told to come get it. Could not make it back there that same day so I went the next day to my surprise they could not find my belongings

The price and location.

The checking of the room after 3 days of stay and no room service and no ice machine available in there building.

This is not a place where you should send people too. It¿s old dusty looking like homeless people living there. I was itching just looking at the room to rent. Not acceptable!

Terrible hotel needs too be condemned

The lock on the door was unsafe, the pillow cases were dirty, toilet seat was loose, tv didnt work poor cable connection, the first desk person didn¿t care-very unprofessional, there were suspicious people hanging around. I booked here but I didnt sleep

My stay was horrible! Room was nasty and filthy! No trash cans! Full size bed suppose to been double queens! Says no smoking rooms and rooms has cigarette burns everywhere! Smoke stains, no tissue or soap!

Affordable & located close to shopping/restaurants

Advertised free breakfast. They did not have anything not even coffee.

They rescued my keys quickly from the ice maker. all was very pleasant for my stay.

It does look a little worn this website is incorrect. The hotel is in South Holland, Illinois not oaklawno illinois. I have no idea where the computer got oak lawns.

Nothing Staff uncooperative

Room smelled horrible, when asked to correct they sprayed something and it made smell worse. Carpet dirty

NOTHING’! The rooms were nasty. Half the stuff didn’t work. No trash can. Didn’t end up staying there. It’s been THREE days and I’m still waiting for a refund

Nothing at all couldn’t be checked in due to being on the do not rent to list . For a review I gave a few weeks ago . Taking it up with corporate cause I thought my Opinion counted. I guess Not

Yes not be upset or mad cause I told the truth about my last stay at hotel . Now I can’t rent a room when I come To visit my husband in Chicago. I dont Think it’s right to be on the do not rent to list without knowing the reason why!!!

It was a spider on the bed that probably bit my husband. I showed the man at the desk when I went for my deposit he told me to send it to corporate or something. I have The video of it moving I didn’t get my money back or nothing.

Clean rooms and location was convenient.

Front desk staff was terrible. No customer service skills. I wanted to cancel my reservation after my conversation with her.

Absolutely nothing

The door hinges was disconnected from the wall which made the room unsecured and me and my husband had to sleep in shifts just to feel safe. The walls are disgusting! There was everything wrong with this place it shouldn't be opened to the public.

Several things the hotel room had no place to hang my things , no bible in room , a hole in the wall . nothing about this hotel was good

Location

I need to be condemned. They don't do extreme cleaning. Windows where dirty, carpet needed to be cleaned badly. It smell like feet. The toilet is broken and barely flushing. And i see roaches crawling when i turned on the lights.

friendly staff

no continental breakfast. i know its the covid-19 out there but they could wrap fruit or what ever they put on the breakfast bar. individual milk/cereal boxes.

Staff was rude. There were limited Necessary items !!
