The carpets need cleaning

Yes, it had refurbishing going on which was disruptive. It was not clean. The mattress was about 2 inches thick and there were not enough blankets. I booked it for a kitchen but it did not even have a cup to make tea

The location. Really easy access to and from the city.

Specific to our room, the floor was sticky and the bathroom had no hot water.

Staff walked in my room unannounced, room is what you pay for which is filthy and dirty. The hotel upkeep is very nasty. Surprise that place lasted this long

The price was appealing. I needed an extra night in a hotel and it sold out. So at yhe last minute, I needed a room. This was a good price.

It's very old in terms of old appliances, old decor and the blankets were very thin, like the sheets. They looked very worn and over- used. I decided I couldn't stay, and checked out.

?Continental breakfast? just means bad coffee and some mini muffins. For some reason, our room keys kept not working. We had to get the front desk to fix them almost daily. There were only two pillows on the bed and they were so incredibly flat -No extras

I had several issues with this hotel room it's stuck and had a horrible stench to it there was a urine smell on the floor in the bathtub I was not able to take a shower.

The tails were filthy looking and the furniture was Dusty will never stay here again

Location was okay. Quiet neighborhood.

Room 149 did not have hot water from the sink bathroom faucet, refrigerator was noisy when it turn on otherwise okay for one night stay.

The woman at the desk was friendly patient and helpful to the guests.

There was a Cockroach walking around the floor, and all along the walls. There was hair left on the bathroom floor. I had to sleep in my clothes and shoes on top of the bed and prayed that the cockroach wouldn't come near me. I didn't rest well.

The hotel manger was very accommodating as she let me check in early that afternoon.

There was a constant buzzing sound in the room all night I did not report just more annoying

Quiet building.

There was an incident that happened at 12:00am where the smoke alarms went off. In the middle of my sleep we had to rush outside the building. We were never told what was going on. There was a fire truck, ambulance and police. Never found out what happen.

Upgraded from one queen to two full cost me $20+ extra, not very happy. No lobby to take a rest.

3rd party booking stole over 150 dollars from me and I almost had to sleep outside because they took my money to pay for the hotel

Near Interstate exit and close to family I was visiting.

Grab and Go Breakfast was less than fulfilling. Coffee was good tho.

The front staff were wonderful people.

The room was old, bad and chipped countertops and the floors seems a bit sticky.

Friendly Hotel front desk agent. Plenty of parking. Good location.

There wasn't a community ice machine. First hotel I've stayed at that doesn't have one.

I liked the front end guy Johnaton was nice and polite and helped us out quickly and professional. He def worth having around a a lot of people these days rude.

The Hotel was very Dirty and miss matching Paint. The shower was so Nasty I didn¿t even take a shower. I went to Lifetime and took a Shower there. Not worth the --- dollars I spent. I¿d like a refund. This room at top should be --- dollars.

I suppose it has been relatively quiet and bother free but unfortunately that also meant having a hard time getting help from staff.The manager had a very bad attitude and made us wait while she skipped over our problem with the washing machines to check

In 2 other parties that came after us.There were roaches in the room, no hot water-staff just offered to change our room without confirming it would help.4 out of 5 staff members were just rude. Keys kept deactivating locking us outside. Not same quality

Bathroom was not clean, lots of hair. Housekeeper was not friendly nor happy about cleaning it. People were very loud. Several people stood right by front door smoking, so we couldn't help but choke as we walked in.

Internet is the worst. They have employees working check-in that can barely speak English.
