Friendly staff, clean and beautiful building. Convenient location, over all a comfortable stay.

Limited guest parking near front entrance while having empty spots reserved for members.

The hotel overall has an undesirable scent but our room was worse. One of our doors didn’t lock, we were moved to a different room where we found pills on the floor and the tv was broken. Neither room was particularly clean. We’re requesting a refund.

Shared areas are well renovated.

The rooms are very old with old stained carpets and bathroom with old faucets in partial disrepair.

Homeless people, unsafe. They smashed my car window, and stole my whole golf bag and all the clubs.

I had booked paid in advance for a 2 queen bed accessible room as I am a wheelchair user. My room was given away, upon arrival I called to advise I am traveling and may arrive late. The housekeeping staff threw away medical supplies while away from room

The pool

Oh a lot HUGE safety risk, sanitary/hygiene violations. Hair on clean towels. Exposed electrical outlets coming off the wall in the bathroom.

hot tub was cloudy. poor filtering. political posters on front doors 2 light bulbs out in room. asked to change. werent. mold started on shower curtain. regular height toilet seat. havent seen that in 20 years. but for $100 i'd return. need location.

The room was hot. The air conditioning was inadequate.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice temperature control of room, quiet location, breakfast was included in this reservation, free parking, short drive to downtown Skokie. Nice to have Bar Louie in hotel & walking distance to other restaurants.

This is a former motel priced now as an hotel. Overpriced. I check three different rooms but they all have a strange carpet smelling. No help at the front desk.

Location was where I wanted.

The hotel was very bad quality. The staff was very suspicious and weird charges appeared on my card from the hotel that were not authorized.

Location near highways, shopping, restaurants. Also, there is a nice park next door.

1. No hooks for hanging up coats, towels, etc. 2. Because these are mostly interior rooms, the rooms are exceptionally dark. 3. The TV remote would not turn the tv on or off, had to do manually. Channel selection had to be one channel at a time.

The room was spacious

The kitchenette sink was clogged every time the bathroom sink was turned on. It made the room smell like sewage. They never sent anyone back to check or fix it. We were in room 1012.

They need more available parking. They have a bunch of reserved spaces that weren't used the entire time

Over price supply and snack convenience store. No help with luggage.

Hotel was very clean and organized. It is well maintained as well.

The fact that Continental Breakfast may or may not be included with the room. It depends on the rate you are paying. I was offered the "breakfast" for an additional $10.00. We had no hot water on 3 occations during our 2 night stay.

Location as it is close to family. Free parking and comfortable beds. Nice to have a bar/restaurant on site. Certainly the best place for us to stay since we are only there to sleep.

Reserved a room with king size bed and was given a room with 2 doubles. Wasn't worth the hassle to go back to the desk to request a change.

the pool did not smell like chlorine, the staff seemed really strict. Not enough characters allowed: the room was falling apart, furthest side from the front. Receptionist made us walk the longest way around to get to our room.

I got a handicapped accessible room and could't change it. They said the difference was a walk in shower vs a bathtub DUH it ended up having a bathtub but was very very dirty with dark stained spots--didn't even want to take a bath.
