All the staff I came across were very helpful. We interacted with hotel employee a lot at the front desk and he was always super friendly with the biggest smile!

The breakfast is very lackluster. I wish there were more meat or egg options.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were kind. Breakfast was good

There is another hotel next to this one in which some of the guest were scary. I had to walk my dog in the evening and there was a man who was at the other hotel was following me around.

Convenient location for our purpose The check in personnel was efficient and thorough (think we had the same person March 2025), service was consistent!!

The staff friendliness, cleanliness, and parking availability

Breakfast is in a small space and it consistently felt crowded and too busy for the size of the hotel. It was stressful and made us avoid eating at all by the end of our stay. The hotel pool seemed dirty (murky and you could hardly see through the water).

Pros - Very clean, polite staff, comfortable room. Cons - No safe in room, just lockboxes behind front desk that no one knew how to use. Booked a mobility accessible king suite that was supposed to have both an accessible tub and a full kitchen. Once we

Cont. - got to the room we found there was no kitchen, just a counter where you could tell the sink, cooktop, dishwasher, and full sized fridge should have been. Front desk staff said king suites have either an accessible tub OR kitchen, not both.

Clean room price very low and it was nice breakfast with no extra charge!

The kindness of the staff. We asked for a restaurant recommendation which was happily provided. We were thanked for staying at the hotel by multiple staff at the front desk. Everyone had a smile. Those quality q’s start at top leadership.

The only thing about the hotel is the construction, nothing the hotel staff can control.

I wish there was a vent in the bathroom. The steams up badly while showering.

Hotel was dated. The shampoo dispenser in my room and the ice machine on my floor did not work and were not fixed after telling the front desk.

I liked that there was a fridge and a microwave as well as a coffee maker & lots of charging stations

THE SHOWER! The stopper did not work properly, and water filled the tub. The water was actually COLD on my last day
