The MainStay Suites Chicago , Schaumburg is a quick mile from the famous Woodfield Mall and just steps away from fine dining, a sports bar, and a Target. Outdoor Self-Parking, Wi-Fi throughout the campus and Outdoor Picnic Gazebo. Airport Shuttles are Not available. Guests can do their laundry at our modern, coin/smart-app operated, Launderette. Vending machines carry snacks, sodas, personal items and laundry aides. Grocery delivery service is available through PeaPod. Please see Guest Services at the Hotel to obtain these services and their fees. Arlington Park Race Track is 6 miles away. O’Hare International Airport is 15 minutes’ drive away and Chicago city center is less than 30 miles from the property.

- Price
- The staff professional and courteous the room makes it feel like home
- The only thing I like about this hotel is that check-out time is at 12:00pm (noon) whereas every other hotel I can think of wants their guests out by 11:00am.
Cons -
- No I was totally satisfied and had stayed previously at a dirty hotel prior to coming here and it has been a welcomed change
- Very poor lighting. I cut myself in the bathroom and front desk staff does not have any band-aids (oh but they keep an EMPTY BOX OF BAND-AIDS in a drawer JUST to attempt to show they give a flip)! No breakfast, even though cheaper hotels readily feed you!
- The bath tub was not capable of holding water that long.
