Entrance not secured after hours. Tub wouldn't hold water. Beds uncomfortable.

Room had smell upon entry. I think Freon. Getting to main road was bogged down due to no stoplight and cars left turn from one lane road onto busy cross street

Excessive fleas in the room, as well as in the hallways and elevator. Bites all over my legs and arms. Left early due to the issues. Customer service was little to none.

The room was better than I expected. It was laid out well and had everything we needed.

There was only one elevator and it was very slow. The entry to the hotel was also crowded. There were luggage carts and only one door and not a ton of room, especially if there were other guests. The TV could be updated too. You couldn¿t watch Netflix.

Hotel was close to other areas of interest and the staff was courteous.

The room was humid and held moisture to the point where clothing, towels and the bed felt damp. The elevator did not appear to be clean, as the walls appeared to have been wiped with a dirty rag.

Convenient location, quiet.

They lost our booking, downgrade to Queen because they were out of room.

You need more items in your store.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was very convenient to the sports park and lots of restaurants around.

The fact that it has a fitness center but no pool.

More towels would be nice.

The accomodations were better than expected, much cleaner than 2 the other hotels that we recently had stayed and the staff was pleasant.

I'm sure this was an oversight, and the staff would have corrected it if I would have called down to the desk; but housekeeping negleted to have any towels in the room and only 1 disposable cup on hand. That's the only reason I didn't give them a "10".

My original room wouldn't cool down after a few hours, they had no problem switching me to a new room where the AC worked.

I was a little hesitant at first as it was the lowest priced hotel in the area. The staff was very friendly and the room was better than it's sister hotel a mile from this one that charged a LOT more a night. Will stay there again.

Having a kitchen was the reason that I booked the hotel.

What they failed to inform us was that the hotel was under construction. So parking was limited, you have people banging and destroying the room right next door on a Saturday evening. Just made the experience not so good.

Absolutely nothing. The staff was rude and not accommodating.The room was dirty. The parking is horrible. Do NOT book this hotel...beware! They don't clean your room until you have been there for seven days. They asked us to fix the tv in our room.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. OUTER TOWNERS BEWARE. DON'T LET THE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY. LOCATION IS OK BUT THAT'S IT. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE. SORRY

The kitchen was fully stocked and their "grocery Store" was pretty neat. It came in handy.

The staff were joking with each other at 8am on a Saturday morning by yelling we strike from each end of the hall... I am all for making work fun, but please not so loud?
