- Shower was dirty, water was cold, floor of hotel room was dirty
- Several things 1) peep hole cover on door was completely gone 2) door latch was falling off 3) door wouldn't shut correctly 4) the TV didn't work but the remote did 5) there was an overhead outside light that blinked all night (change the bulb)
