Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Morris/I-80

Staff were very friendly and helpful. All but one line cook that is. He had kind of an attitude when asked for my Order. He got it wrong and gave me attitude about it when I (politely even), asked for what I ordered. Other than that everything was great!

Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable. Easy to find. Several restaurants near hotel and IHOP is within walking distance at this stay.

We rented a hot tub room and a regular room and had kids excited about a pool but the pool was shut down and not informed when we reserved the room. The breakfast was horrible and even ran out of eggs. Staff was rude and would not even give extra pillows

Nothing. It was disgusting. Pool wasn't available. Staff was rude.

Everything. Our room was exceptionally dirty especially the bathroom.

Dead bugs and mold I'm the bathroom. Looks like they basically clean the bed sheets and put fresh towels in in-between guests

Ants in my room and lots of hair. Rude front desk lady when we had a mixup about check in time.

Whatever they used for cleaning the room was an aweful small which gave me a headache

Pool was never open. Room was not the cleanest. Shower was dirty. Manager was rude when checking in.

No clock. I realize everyone has phones but clock would be nice

Smell of the room, and BIG dog barking outside our door, early in the morning. Very disturbing!

Had hair all over bathroom. Soap residue in tub, blood on sheets.

Young man at the desk had lots of personality.

The staff is friendly, the coffee is good, the price isn?t bad compared to other hotels.?

The room was clean and comfortable

The halls were like 95 degrees and smelled. The elevator was old and felt like it was going to crash down. The breakfast usually has a simple fruit basket but was really poor with little food. People were banging around and yelling in the halls.

Our room smelled like a dirty hamster cage - we had to open the window to let fresh air in. Also, some guests don?t pick up their dog poop outside and as a dog owner I find that irresponsible.

Comfortable bed Coffee was pretty good on breakfast bar

Room could have used a chair/ottoman setup or more comfortable chair. Breakfast bar had no protein source for those on a low carb diet. There was 2 high sugar cereals, biscuits with gravy, waffles, bread, etc. No eggs, breakfast meats, peanut butter

This hotel is a fraud! They billed our debit card a week after staying there $--. Claiming that we broke a TV that was already broken when we arrived.
