The Axis Moline Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Quiet, looked nice and modern. No beat up furniture. No pets! Which I luv cuz I am allergic.dint have to worry about fecal matter on the carpet etc.

Only complaint I made to front desk was/is same as last time. The back exit door leading to parking garage outside adjacent to building has a small alley and it’s too dark. There is no light above the door. I’m a man but still i am looking for more light.

Location and parking

AC did not work. Sleeping was difficult because of this.

Beautiful rooms. The location was perfect for walking to the venue for a concert. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use this hotel if I'm ever in moline again. Well worth the price for the experience.

The architecture and details in this old renovated building were unique. Great, comfortabke room with lots of space. Parking was close and easy.

The front desk staff were super helpful & courteous on each of my encounters. The same goes for the housekeeping, and the lounge/restaurant area staff in my encounter. In my opinion, good staff can make your establishment!

When walking through the halls you can really hear guests conversations & activities from their room(s), even if they're not being overly loud. Not sure if that's a door/insulation issue or what. Ice machine was out of order but front desk had bags avail

Location. Nice establishment.

The recently promoted [male] bar manager wasn¿t very pleasant. The margaritas with the homemade sweet & Sour were terrible. The AC in my room never reached the cool temperature of 70 degrees.

Check in was great!!! Staff was friendly. Great bar area.

A few loud guests until 2:30. We were located on 2nd floor. You get a lot of foot traffic on that floor since it¿s connected to the parking garage. I would request a different floor next time.

Free parking with hotel access through the garage. The hotel lobby has a nice setting .

Would be nice if the rooms had microwaves but there is one in the hotel lobby .

Clean and updated

few cable channels/no option for Netflix . The train is loud (although this is not a reflection of the hotel and they were thoughtful to supply earplugs which I appreciated. The front desk clerk did not provide any info about parking, check out time, etc

Modern, clean

The amount of time it took to check in was a huge disappointment. Then, they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied by other people. 45 minutes for the hotel staff to get us a room. We missed part of an event that we had planned to attend.

Reasonably centrally located although my meetings were further away. The room was spacious and clean

All my meals were at work so I couldn't experience any food at the venue
