The shower did not work. The toilet got plugged and all they did was deliver a plunger to my room for me to unplug the toilet myself.

The room was stained. Every time we entered our room it smelled like a wet dog with urine. We asked to have a different room. They told us that they didn’t have any and then at checkout. The guy said oh no we had plenty of rooms.

Disappointing, the 1st room smelled like dog.The 2nd room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. Two of the 3 days there was nothing but empty trays for breakfast. No housekeeping because our stay was 3 nights. Not the couples week we had hoped for.

All was great and the pool water was warm.

Others complained about stains on carpet...IF patrons weren't so careless with their liquids it wouldn't be a problem.

The carpets were horrific! Stained, crappy. There were things trash) left under the bed. The bed was not on the frame correctly. The ceiling in the shower was cracked and nasty.

Rooms were clean bed was comfortable nice big bathroom. Breakfast was a good start

Pool was freezing lol no biggie not a dwn fall just a shocker

vending machines did not work properly , fridge in room was not working, freezer had huge chunk of ice build up preventing fridge from closing and cooling

Carpet was worn, dirty, and stained. Refrigerator was dirty.

Bed was good, shower was good, heating and cooling unit worked good

Carpet needed to be either cleaned or replaced. Room was dated along with the furniture. Biscuits served with gravey were as hard as rocks, had to throw them, coffee was normally just warm, like my coffee hot.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Room was very clean and they had a great breakfast!

staff was not warm and friendly and breakfast was horrible. Hot food was cold, sausage was raw, rolls/French toast was hard as a rock. When they ran out of eggs and I told desk gal. Took her forever to help. Sheets were dirty on bed

Price was right and location

The shower did not work. When mentioned to staff was kinda rude about it.

Good variety for breakfast. Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Nice area in the breakfast area for the family to sit together and play games. We didn¿t use pool but seemed nice. I would recommend as a 7 rating.

Pillows were very small, carpet worn and the bathroom door didn¿t lock. Stair rail was dirty. The couches and pillows in the lobby are dirty and worn. Walls were thin. Hotel needs attention.

Our car broke down and we accidently pushed a wrong button and chose this hotel, even though we were in the parking lot with a similiar name. We never even stayed there, could not get there. They refused to refund our payment.

Close to airport, better breakfast than just your average hotel, and front clerk was extra nice to change our room type for no charge. Lots of power outlets. Lots of hot water in shower. Plenty of parking.

Good breakfast,plenty of hot water, all the coffee I could drink! got us extra night staysame room. Quiet. Had exercise room had 2 tv's & couch

TV remote didn't work. But had 2 tv's.

The bed could have been a bit softer, but slept well.
