Roaches electrical outlets hanging out walls shower did not work , roach powder in front of every door, just a nasty place , bums in and out smell like weed

I hated everything about that hotel.

Poor service, the hotel is dirty, no sanitary. Cockroaches everywhere, and bed bugs everywhere. no pillows on the bed. The entire hotel smells.

Roaches in the room and bathroom kids running through the hall and behind the front desk no housekeeping service the entire two weeks no towels, toilet paper. This establishment needs to close down

Cockroaches where crawling all around the room. The bathroom door would not shut. The TV Had a large spot on it that was black. Air conditioning did not work. I left and slept in my car.

Hotel was easy to get to and find

The room was very dirty with used soap in the bathroom, hairs on the towels and in the bed, and a thick layer of dirt in every corner and on the cords and shelves. The front desk person was absent for check in and check out. She had to be tracked down

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff did a great job!

When arrived had to wait to get checked in.No one at front desk.Found Dirty towel in room. Used dental pick under bed. Bedbugs. Reported. Never heard back from manager. Won't stay there again. Called corporate office

1st room they gave me still had someone's stuff in it. 2cond room they gave me smelled like poop and had chew marks. Looked nothing like the room i picked. No microwave no fridge and the tv did not work.

Dirty carpet, horrible bath and shower.

We were given the wrong size bed and were not able to get a different room due to availability. However, they did change our room the second night and because of other issues they refunded our money. All staff was very accommodating and professional.

Floor in the room was dirty,air conditioning was not working, had to have help with TV and there was no type of continental breakfast. Was given wrong size room first night. Other patrons were loud.

The whole place smelled like stale smoke, I thought I may have to get my clean clothes washed or cleaned after 1 night there but they were ok. AC was out. Lady at front desk said they were under renovation. I would not take a chance on this place again.

Lady at front was real nice.

The staff is amazing  the manager. The price for the rooms are low and affordable you can¿t beat that

The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The location of this establishment was also convenient for my needs.

I did not expect much from this hotel, as it was two stars and inexpensive. That being said, however, there were several issues. The following was broken: furniture, window shade, security latch on door. No shampoo, conditioner, etc. in bathroom.

Very well maintained. Lobby and halls were in great shape. Room was maintained well albeit not updated beyond the TV. Room was completely free of odors, stains or functional blemishes.

Advertised queen size bed has more like a full.

The woman at the front desk on duty at the time handled my issues and helped me get a refund for a dirty, gnat infested room.

The 1st floor room I had the window left upen and the lock on it was broke. That's unsafe for anyone using that room. Next door neighbors had a large dog that barked and howled..

When we went into the room it was filthy the sheets had stains all over it and there was dirty towels in the room it also had stuff under the bed my baby found a lighter outside of the hotel were some people who were clearly drunk or on drugs fighting

Smells like weed and loud people

Dirty,stains and trash on carpets and under bed. No phone. Trouble with satellite TV. Terrible water pressure. Entire hotel smelled of smoke. Bed was thin and springy. Place was a total dump.

The gentleman who checked us in

Had to be switched rooms three different times. First room was being remodeled and was full of stuff. The second room was filthy and I even found a dirty/used needle with blood in it on the back of the rooms tv. The third room was filthy in general

The room had a used bar of soap in the shower shelf. Out of toilet paper and towels. the front desk lady did the best she could, she had to wash towels. I understand they did not have sufficient people for cleaning rooms?
