The architecture of the building. I the entrance, except for the gold lion statues. I like how the hotel set on a hill platform.

Too many roaches! They live under the microwave that sat on top of the mini refrigerator. Refrigerator old & dirty. Not enough towels. No trash bends. One tv channel. They blocked a $100 deposit on my card. I hope I get it back.

Comforter had burn marks, trim around the floor wasn’t finished, mold in the bathroom, someone had smeared poop on a door and the staff didn’t clean it

The floor looked very appealing. Someone had turned the air on so the room felt good too. It was very quiet

the website says continental breakfast - there was none there was an additional $100 deposit that is not mentioned

The staff were nice. They gave me clean linens after I didn?t want the dirty stuff lines from the prior guest

It was dirty. The shower was horrible. There was no pool as advertised. There was no breakfast as advertised. The smoke detector was disabled. The television only worked part of the time. The WiFi was horrible

LOCATION TO EVENT

Pictures are not pictures of this hotel! Sidewalks covered in ice. Walls - filthy and scuffed. Bedding - clean by had black marks. Toilet paper hold was broke. Tub - discolored and grout was cracked. Heat was at 61 but it was a sauna. Noisy.

Location as well as look remodeled

The clerical person did not locate or find my reservation in cannot allow me into my room for the reservation

The bed was huge! That I loved. But the smell, carpet freshener needed.

Needs an update for sure! Inside and outside. Time for a remodel.

The room was clean staff were all very friendly

The stair wells and hallways smelled terrible. The breakfast needs some work on variety

Our room was dirty and the air conditioner was not blowing cold air and the filter has never been cleaned. I had to call the front desk for clean sheets and a clean comforter. My son and daughter in law had to call maintenance as their shower didnt work

Staff was friendly, attentive and accomodating.

It's an older motel, so for example it was clean but felt like it had years of build up, as in the couch in the room was clean, however it felt damp as if it's been sprayed and wiped reatedly over the years.

The bed was comfortable. The bedding was clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The floor had not been vacuumed in the room. The bed was sloppily made. Older hotel and not kept up well. dead bugs in hallway, housekeeping not doing a good job. It was difficult to find the hotel.

charge me more 140 instead of 122. and got charged by Quality inn not america best value

A room was available for the night I needed one --

Very unclean, air conditioner did not cool well, two out of the four lamps did not work, no operational ice machines -sofa had big holes In cushions, hallways were very dirty and no air conditioning during extreme summer heat, lobby coffee was cold!!

The partial refund for one of the night's stay because this place is a dump!

The stairwell smells like something died in there and the rooms are not much better. All of the bedding in the non-smoking rooms are covered with cigarette burns and black hair throughout. All of the furniture is old and stained. Staff largely unhelpful.

pet friendly

On Saturday I asked the front desk to 2 towels and a blanket. The front desk staff told me she didn't know how to get into the closet with extra towels and then 3 hours later brought a shower curtain and 35 pillow cases to my room. I just laughed.
