Nice lobby.

Rooms were dirty. Splatters on walls, full lenth mirror dirty, light swriches ect. This is basically a motel. Out door rooms with a built on hallway. Attendant nice but 1 person working everything including breakfast.

It was clean and staff was friendly, breakfast was good

It's proximity to the airport. It is not a 2.5 star hotel. I would give it a 2 star at best. Floor of bathtub was peeling off.

We called the hotel multiple times to ask for their shuttle to pick us up. Their line kept going to voicemail. We had to take an Uber. When checking in, I asked if we could have the cost of our Uber reimbursed. They front desk refused.

It is a safe hotel with lots of parking and a friendly staff.

The bathroom needs to be updated.

The staff (especially the gentleman at the desk while I checked in) were courteous and accommodating.

1. The condition of the road that leads back to tne hotel is awful. Potholes, which would be okay if therr were more lights to see them at night. Plus, it is difficult to predict the road's pathway.. 2. No late check-out.

The breakfast and coffee

No exterior camera's for the parking areas, someone had backed into my vehicle and smashed the drivers side tail light assembly.

I had a very very bad night I didn¿t sleep someone was having a party and I asked to change rooms the front desk was so rude never again book here

The iron unfortunately had some sort of plastic on it and it ruined my shirt.

The cleanliness and the abundance of linen. Very good service

I wish I could have got my bed changed when I wanted it to be changed.

Shuttle was not available from airport and paid $40 for cab.

The carpet really needed cleaning and the bathroom needs fixing (molding, grouting, etc.)

Work traveler for several weeks at a time: want comfortable bed, hot shower, mini-fridge & microwave, clean & convenient with shared facilities like coin laundry & ice in working order. This checked all boxes and was above expectations in staff helpfulnes

Any issues I had were promptly addressed. Very happy. Little farther from work site than expected but that's on me.

Nothing. The location is difficult, the hotel is confusing. The staff is trained to get a deposit. Don't give them cash, you won't get it all back. This place makes extra revenue with their inspection before you check out & will keep some of your money.

Spilled some chocolate milk, cleaned it up with a bath towel. Front desk charged me $15 for the towel, said it was ruined. I called bs and told them any decent washer would clean the towel. Should of just left the mess on the floor.

For the price, it is a fantastic value! Breakfast bar was an actual, hot breakfast.

Wafts cigarette smoke and non-tobacco products did linger in some corridors.

Room was ok.

Bathrooms need renovating the most. Evening staff is rude and dismissive.

The best part was it's affordability, but overall it was a clean and comfortable stay.

Because of the great price, there are always going to be some loud people, but I was prepared and brought a sound machine.

Cleanliness

I was charged a $100 deposit that I was not prepared to pay. The staff member wasn¿t friendly and didn¿t smile once. Also, my key card lost its magnetism and we had to go down to have it reactivated the first time we left our room.

Candy wrappers found in places around the room. Bathtub was dirty with bugs in the corner. Hairs on sheets
