The staff were excellent. The room was clean

The location of the hotel was a bit scary for me, especially walking mu dog at night. The hotel is across the street from a water filtration center, making air quality t ideal

The air freshener was so strong, I had an allergic reaction to it!

New, clean, location

This hotel was dirty, it was under construction in the pool area. Most of the walls had gib pieces of peeling paint hanging off. The room it self smelled so bad that we could not possibly stay in that room. They knew we did not stay.

One towel in room. One bar of soap no other extras. Breakfast area disgusting. Room was disgusting. End table had something on it that attracted ants. We were scared of theft. Didn¿t even take anything in. Just slept there & left

The bed was comfortable.

It had NO amenities! NO pool-obvioiusly for a long time, ice machine, kleenex, cups. Breakfast was 6 pieces bread, milk & coffee. shower drain didn't drain in handicap room so, 2in. water standing around toilet. Staff either didn't care or laughed at me.

Spacious room

$100 deposit I wasn¿t made aware of until I got there and still have not received back. They had no breakfast except for waffles no syrup nothing else. The vents in the room were moldy there was dirty washcloth in the shower. The pool tore apart.

Checking in my room was clean however very cold.

There was no decent breakfast. I never had my room cleaned or given fresh towels. The staff was unprofessional no greetings

My cousin arrived a day earlier than I did and they wanted her to pay $70 cash to check in early. I arrived the next day and they wanted $15 cash from me and told me both the extra fees was what Priceline charges. Just an FYI

Had to get tissue,soap,cups etc. as none in room. room needed repairs to bath,air conditioner, lights.

The hotel was not in very good shape at all. There was a daily breakfast advertised and there was no food available any of the six days that I was there

Not one thing. Poorly ran hotel.

Staff, the young lady at the front desk acted annoyed that she was asked to do her job. She was always on her phone. The first 2 rooms she gave me were not cleaned. The 3rd was fairly clean.

There was no milk on the breakfast bar and when asked at front desk worker said they had none. Also all there was to eat was a waffle and white toast. Need improvement on selections for breakfast. Pool was closed and was not noted on your website.

The air conditioner and the television both worked.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon check-in, we were notified that the pool was closed. We had no towels. Twice we asked for towels and they were "out". Breakfast was cereal and one waffle iron. The shower rod fell off the wall - it had crazy, high pressure.

I liked the price and location.

The pool was completely shut down and out of order, that was a main reason I selected this hotel. Th room smelled of bad body odor and the sheets were not fresh, found several hair strands all over one of the beds and pillows. The TV cable didn¿t work

The TV in my room didn't work. There wasn't any water in the pool. The breakfast was a waffle and yogurt. No meat no eggs no fruit. The curtains hadn't be cleaned in months.
