Stoney Creek Hotel Quad Cities - Moline

Good location with restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.

The lobby and outdoor patio is nice, but the pool area and guest rooms are showing their age.

Front desk clerk didn’t tell us there were human feces in pool at check in, as my wife and children were swimming we were advised, and also noticed the feces at bottom of pool. Totally gross and unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly & location was close to the river.

Pool & spa needed some attention. Pillows & bed needed upgrades.

Hotel was comfortable and great hot breakfast everyday.

The hotel was quite busy with kids, probably cuz of the pool

The country cabin theme decor was really cool.

The style shower head. I personally prefer the removable shower head for easier rinsing.

The location was great.

The outside lighting was dim or lacking and unsafe. There was also a lot of trash around the entrance and in the water features near the entrance.

The Staff is amazing. The girls at night are so great.

Bed bugs!!!! I have bed bug bites says the doctor. I paid --- dollars to maybe bring bed bugs to my house and have to pay thousands to get rid of. Screw you Stoney Creek

Rude under trained staff, rooms were not good.

The staff was friendly and quick to react when the room we tried to reserve online wasn¿t available.

Needs to have more than 1 elevator for as big as the place is. Also only 1 ice machine on the floor that if u want next to it you could wind up walking a very long distance like over 500 ft to get to it depending where on the floor u r located at

Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. The hotel lobby is beautiful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean. We previously stayed at Stoney Creek in Galena, which was very nice. Stoney Creek in Moline exceeded our expectations.

Clean rooms,

The noise in the hallway by my room and the room next door was very loud with a party going on even after 10pm. The hallway smells like pot. The pool during normal hours had some really raunchy dancing. Definitely not a kid oriented hotel.

The spa tub was fantastic. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.

The staff! AMAZING. So helpful in every aspect! Hotel was VERY kid friendly, which was perfect for us. Pool was so great for the kids, it was packed but everyone was respectful and had fun. Room was perfect for our stay.

Nothing. Best hotel staff I¿ve had in a very long time!

Decorations

Poor management. Didn’t control customers. Kids running up and down halls all night. Parents fighting in lobby causing police to be called. Fire alarm set off from someone smoking weed. Sprinkler head covered by plastic bag in room.

Close to the arena

They overbooked and had to give us a different room then booked.
