Location

Bed the mattress is too firm and doesn’t do much for arthritis. The room was close to over half the length of the hallway and at 87 with luggage was quite a walk located on the 2nd floor and made the well for breakfast challenging.

They are rebuilding the hotel and the staff were tops. They were customer orientated and prompt!

Breakfast could have been better!

Easy access to thoroughfare we would be traveling.

The elevator was filthy,the elevator track looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months,the first 3 days the elevator had trash on floor.One morning,the elevator did not work.

There was a pleasant desk clerk.

Lumpy pillows, unmatched linens, poor quality towels, poorly performing shower head, and low lighting in the bathroom sink area.

Tried to cancel right after making my reservation. The cancellation policy says non-refundable unless it is outside of 1 day. At the time I was about 28 hours away from the check-in time. Apparently that isn¿t in line with the cancellation policy.

Excellent staff/management at the front desk.

The toilet in my room was not cleaned prior to my arrival. I was going to be out late and leaving early. I didn't complain.

The clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clan and comfortable. It was quiet and checkout was a breeze.

The safety chain on door was broken. I got question on how I got dropped off when I drove my own car with my 8 year old son

the service.

Their was not breakfast due to SARS-COV-2 and the price should have been reduced accordingly.

First room smelled horrible of smoke, second room smelled horrible of mold and was dirty. Left and did not stay. Please issue a refund

The bathroom smelled like urine, everything had an inch of dust on it and the windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. We were pretty disgusted in the place. The "morning breakfast" was a joke too. Stale bread for toast and warm orange juice.

We will NEVER stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good spot we were able to go to many places and not have to drive to fare. The staff was very nice and their if u needed help

The heater in the room would work only for a little bit and didn't blow out much heat at night or got really cold

The people that own or run the hotel our little difficult to understand. They also appeared to have a hard time understanding me.

The front desk Assoc- owners (?)- were fabulous! Anything we needed- they were there and able to assist us! Can¿t thank them enough for the great service!
