Location, location, location

The room that we were in, 437, smelled very musty while we were there. We wiped some water off the floor from ice cubes, and the floor was notably, quite dirty and had not been cleaned with water in sometime.

The elevators had hand prints on the ss doors all 5 days of my stay and the tiles floors had sticky drink spills in & outside the elevators, which I pointed out to the front desk clerk. But the next day, there were more spills.

the room was clean.

The towels were rough. I could hear the neighbor room bathroom - peeing in the toilet.

Very clean and accessible.

Yes the total bill is --- when we went to check in the clerk said there was an additional charge of 50.00. For what? I am contacting the hotel to find out.

Clean,breakfast was decent. Coffee always available. Easy to locate. Allowed late checkout.

Nothing within walking distance to eat or do, which would be nice. Only issued one key even though checking in with two adults, so had to return for a duplicate.

The showers were really good. USB ports by the bed. The room as very clean & updated.

Spacious clean room. comfortable bed and bedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The lobby, pool, breakfast and restaurant next door.

We were unable to get connected rooms, and the broken hot tub.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Everything I requested,they got me quickly. Breakfast was good for being complementary as well.

Personally, I don't like the high rates for rooms during weekdays. I understand the rates for weekends though.

Best location and clean.

One of the Queen beds must have been broken -made a lot of noise- whether sitting or turning

Room had horrible moldy Oder floors dirty Sheet had blood stains on them

The staff was great.

Did not like no working microwave and no one go fix the problem. I had food to be heated and was going to have to go to lobby to heat it.it was late so I didn¿t eat. Did not appreciate the broken glass on floor by the refrigerator.

Oh my gosh, where do I start? The front desk staff was absolutely amazing even allowing me to borrow a phone charger when mine was left at the house. Every aspect of the hotel was immaculate, which was tough, considering the world was covered in salt!

There was not a single thing that I didn't like! The only sad part was that the breakfast didn't have the waffle machine, but that was not their fault. They had pre-packed belgian waffles that were just as good. Again, A+ all around!

What I like best was it was extremely clean and that is very important to me. Also the staff was very friendly and they always had fresh coffee. They also had a nice little breakfast nothing huge because of coronavirus but the stuff they had out was great

The computers run very slow that’s about it.

How clean my room was! The friendly staff! And the convenient parking

Due to COVID-19 they didn’t have breakfast which is understandable but they could have at least had wrapped individual items for breakfast.

The location was good for what we were there for and it was quiet.

The room smelled musty and like it had been smoked in even though we were on a nonsmoking floor.

I liked the room beryclean and comfortable.i loved the breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was great and the free breakfast was great and the room exceeded my expectations .

The directions were confusing to get here .

The breakfast was better than what you usually get. There was a lot of variety. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable - we didn't get backaches. I would definately stay there again!

The snow! We are from Florida and it was cold outside the hotel - nice and warm inside though.
