- The hotel was clean
- Check in was good. The hotel provided soup and hot beverages
- The hotel is in a nice location, close to much of the activities.
Cons -
- The beds were too hard and the free breakfast was lacking in options of food.
- What has soured the whole experience is we found a live snake in our room. My husband killed it and took it to the front desk. The manager was unavailable and I left phone and email information haven?t heard a word! I think we should be compensated .
