- Requested handicap room and it was honored
- The room was ok
- The front desk staff were phenomenal! So friendly and easy to talk to! We had a party in Manteno and through the snow storm - we were able to get there and back with no issues! They even got in the roof to clean off the DirectTV antenna so we could all have tv!!
Cons -
- It was our fault we left something, but even after providing credit card number to pay for it, the only way to get our items was to travel 8 hours to get it back.The bed hurt my back.
- There was food (leftovers) in the fridge from a previous guest. Gross.
