Staff was unclean and rude, pool was not operational, renovation noise caused us to move rooms, wallpaper was peeling on walls.

A/c units smelled musty both in our room and the conference room we used.

everything, from the time hotel employee greeted me warmly allowed an early check in, and was considerate of picking a room that might be more quiet due to a basketball team staying. The simple things like a business center with a functioning computer and Printer.

The Staff and location, parking was easy

There was a strange rolling or rumbling noise at about 5:30 in the morning both days we stayed. Really woke us up! So too noisy for me, well see where else we can stay next time or Ill have to inquire at the desk which rooms will not have that noise.

Yes the bed skirts were a mess so therefore it didn't live up to the Hilton name, also there was a very bad smell to the room. Lucky that I brought some air freshener. I took pictures and emailed them to the clerk at the front desk asked by Brintley

The room is not clean. The staff including the manager are very unfriendly and not welcoming

Room was clean and cool in view of hot temperatures the days we stayed. Breakfast was great! Breakfast and lounge area very clean. Staff helpful and informative. We were allowed to check in early and staff called us to let us know that.

Rooms clean big and although we was right by elevator did not hear anything outside door.

Great options for breakfast including smoothies and pressed juice! Coffee available all the time and everything felt clean....no weird smells;)

What saddened me is because it was Homecoming Weekend the astronomical cost of the room. The room was very worn. Couch, chairs, and carpet very, very worn.

Good location, Friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. Appreciated that you actually needed your room key to enter from outdoors other than front entrance have stayed at other hotels where stray people could wonder around. Great free hot breakfast.

I didn't sleep well due to noise coming from the room above me and noise from the air conditioner. The toilet paper was thin and abrasive.

We were welcomed graciously and cheerfully by the desk clerk when we checked in. She also helped us choose a nice place for dinner and offered to make a reservation. Free Internet and hot breakfast were welcome amenities.

We were given an handicap room and the tub was not very comfortable with all the handicap stuff in it.It was about 800 pm when we checked in and the desk clerk was sick, coughing and sneezing..She gave us room keys and we both were sick the next day.
