    • There is nothing to like.
    • Leaving. We left a day early because of all the issues. They should fire that manager.

    Cons -

    • Do not stay here. It is no longer a hotel. They are converting to apartments. The rooms and grounds are in bad condition. The lobby is locked you have to call a number, no services, no security, smelled like weed. I was concerned for my safety.
    • The name of the hotel has changed as soon as I checked in the room door has been kicked in no one was in the office the office was closed even when I checked out the door had a gap in it which it had cold air coming thur from the inside you can see da
    • The manager was very rude. She had an attitude and not very people friendly. We had a kid standing outside our room at 1am smoking weed and playing music on his phone. We left the next morning for breakfast and found a crack pipe. This was the worst.

This place very old and run down. They are not hotel anymore and in transition to long term apartment. Accordinly service counter is closed all night and no house keeping service at all. No utensil like spoons, cups, pans are not in Kitchen. poor manage.

Dead bugs in the closet right inside front door, something was leaking from utility closet that soaked the carpet, I will never get a down stairs room bc of banging from upstairs room all night. Stayed 3 nights and every night all night until I had to s

Noise level upstairs, dead bugs in closet, wet carpet

This hotel used to be very nice. It¿s in a great location and it¿s convenient because you have a full kitchen and that is win. It was owned by the Hilton corporation and now they have changed new ownership and it is going downhill.

They are not keeping the cabinets stocked with utensils. You have to call back down to the front desk and give them a list of things that you need and we had ants in our room and the front desk, MOD said that there was nothing he could do about it.

Perfect location for us, was clean and staff was friendly

Toilet in bathroom was very low, maybe update

    Besides the location, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

The hotel was disgusting. Carpet filthy, floor tiles coming up off bathroom floor, ants everywhere, kitchen stove hadn't been cleaned in years (I have photos), thugs hanging in parking lot, police called every night, hotel staff didn't care. A NIGHTMARE!

    1ThomasPosted on: 8-9-2023

The room was clean and (mostly) in good condition. The front desk employee was polite and helpful.

The air conditioner was not working and there was no screen on the window to open it. People were playing basketball (loudly) and talking in between buildings at 10:30 p.m. They were full and couldn't put us in a new room, so we took a refund and left.

The overall stay is very good and I feel like staying in the home. The location is perfect and all the stores and restaurants are nearby.

The room had bad smells. I have requested the hotel to spray the rooms inside for the smell and they have done the spray in the room and after that only it is good inside the room. When a person moves out kindly open the door for air circulation.

Reasonable cost per night relative to other local locations. Large room (studio suite), Fridge with ice maker in room.

Zero staffing. Unable to check-in before 3 PM or check-out before 8 AM due to lobby being locked. What's next? Total self-serve? Use a credit card to open any available room? What's with breakfast handed out in a brown bag implying "Here. Now go away!"?

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-19-2023

Enjoyed the set up of the apartments, it felt like an apartment complex more than a hotel

Pool not in operation- closed for the whole summer despite hotel using a picture of the pool as their main picture¿

    Location

My room was so damp, dirty, dingy, and all around horrible that I checked out after two days instead of the three I was supposed to stay. I¿ve stayed in a lot of budget. Hotels, budget should not mean disgusting.

    2StevenPosted on: 6-29-2023

    Price was attractive.

The room was dirty when we arrived (toilet, sinks, floors) and the room had a terrible odor throughout our stay. We also lost internet for a day which was a terrible inconvenience.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-16-2023

The room was surprisingly well equipped with full kitchen, table, coach, and comfy bed.

The parking situation was terrible! Never a spot near our unit. Had to park way up in far corner near Highland. There were cars parked where there wasn¿t a parking spot making it difficult to drive through lot looking for a spot.

The location was nice and the staff was friendly.

There were alot of people lingering outside the buildings. It made us a little uncomfortable. Also we came here for the pool which is advertised all over on every site but it was closed. The pull out bed blocked the entire room when pulled out

Nearby to restaurants, shopping, and interstate.

    Hot water was not adequate.

    6AmandaPosted on: 2-23-2023

    That it was centrally located

That the housekeeper came to my room at 7pm and she walked in without knocking and I was not dressed

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-17-2023

Units are like apartments, love the kitchen area with the high top table for working and full kitchen if I want to heat food. Comfortable bed too!

Gas fireplace was not working, with it being winter that would have been nice for ambiance.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-28-2022

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The rooms were filthy and outdated.
