- kids above us stomping on floor keeping us awake we had to remake bed sheet just thrown on there and not straigtened or tightened i took a pic cause messy never seen anything like it before Beds were hard dont know if we will ever stay here again

Felt like I belonged there soon as I Walked in, Hotel employee was Very helpful, the breakfast is one of the best that I've had at a hotel,Rooms were very clean and neat ,The place to stay at Jacksonville Illinois.
The location was in a real nice spot. It connected with roads we needed to be on for our destination.
The beds were as hard as a rock. Uncomfortable.

This was a great hotel for the baseball team. The staff was so nice and accommodating to all the players and families.

Location is great. Around many restaurants and stores. The rooms and facility were nice. The lobby/breakfast area was a tad bit small but we stayed on a weekend where other basketball teams were staying as well so there were lots of people down eating breakfast and in the pool.
The elevator is small and could use some updating but it did the job. The stairs were much faster.

I was supposed to have a conjoined room and they didn't give it to me. Then the toilet was broke in one of my rooms and they didn't know anything about it
