Jacksonville Inn and Suites

Only 1 towel, asked for more. Twice. Ones we got had literal brown stains all over them. Tv had 8 chanels and there was hair in the bed. “Breakfast” was a cereal dispenser with corn flakes and stale fruit loops, aldis cereal bars and apples.

The room was warm when we got there and did take a while to cool down after air was on.

They are working on rehabbing this property, the hallways re-carpeted and painted. They are working on rehabbing their property.

The morning breakfast was a JOKE, just cancel breakfast until you are ready!!!

Price and location

Some inconveniences because of renovations. Ice machine and snacks only on 1st floor because of renovation.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast.

Breakfast was always late

My 3rd stay at this Baymont. It was new not that long ago, but is fading fast.

I was unable to watch the World Series game. For some reason, FOX, a major network was not to be found.

It was very loud and people stomping around in there. It was under renovation and it looked very dirty and messy.

Liked the location and quiet.

NO COFFEE!! Therhard on foot.e was a coffee maker in room but no coffee. There was an exposed carpet tack strip with nails sticking up at threshold to the bathroom -

The hotel was disgusting and deteriorating. They had trash in the hallway and half of the rooms were closed off because they had to be repaired. The hallway had stains all of the floor and the pictures of the room do not match what it is actually like!

Nothing, we checked out after one night and found a better hotel

Didn¿t get the room we paid for because the lock wouldn¿t open. Room they gave us was tiny. There was water on the bathroom floor. Then water for the shower wouldn¿t shut off.

Quiet

Dead bugs all over bathroom, body hair on the sheets, microwave didn¿t work

Room was dirty and door key didn¿t work had to have the clerk unlock to get in.

Rooms were basic and clean. Good water pressure and excellent dove brand toiletries. The place is old and had a number of cosmetic defects, but the price of the room took that into account. Served the exact function we wanted... a clean bed to sleep

That hotel needs shut down holes in the walls broken toilet seat one room that we got assigned to wasn't even clean the bed was a mess and beer cans all over...for sure worst experience and couldn't even get a refund.

Location

When we entered our room, the shower was leaking. When I notified the desk clerk he just looked at me and made no comment whatsoever. I had to ask for my receipt. Room was not clean. Not a place I would ever stay again!

The hotel was near the highway.

We left shortly after arriving. The ceiling tiles were down in the hallway. There were rooms labeled with paper that said "total demo" and "take everything". The man at the front desk was not wearing shoes. The shower curtain in the room was shredded.

It was close to family.

The room had pizza in the mini fridge from a prior guest. The elevator had an expired certification. The hand railing in one of the stairwells was so loose it was barely attached to the wall.

Absolutely nothing

Room was dirty,stains on furniture bed sheets were dirty. Jacuzzi tub was dirty.
