Breakfast was great. It?s also in a great location.

Water is not hot It?s very loud outside of the room and you can?t set the fan to just run so it?s super quiet in the room but you can hear absolutely everything. We checked out a day early because of it.

Nothing really

Had to request new comforter...had what looked like blood on ours...not enough towels or tissue...too many dogs. Elevators were down

Under construction. Water was shut off without notice. Elevator was dirty. Room smelled like a fish market.

The hotel was under renovations. We walked through the construction to enter our rooms. Dirty hallways, wall paper had been removed. This was thanksgiving a 3rd world country. This was not a Hilton standard, it was like staying in motel 6.

Nothing. Old, dirty, smelly and the heat would not go off 80 degrees. The front desk would not move us. Had to pay $29 incidents fee and they charged my card $104. The girl at the desk knew nothing

I was scared to be there by myself as the hotel was very disappointed and gross.

Pictures are not updated. Rooms are more updated than what¿s shown. Breakfast was decent, typical continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool room needs some updates but nice to have a hot tub option! Close to St Louis.

refrigerator quit working resulting in loss of food, hot tub jets did not work, breakfast options were less than ok, key card quit working and had to be reactivated as we booked 2 nights

The breakfast offered every item. Staff very efficient and pleasant. Location great for surrounding Southern Illinois and downtown St. Louis.

Our room was designated as handicap accessible, but had a regular tub requiring stepping over the tub edge. The tub bottom was rounded throughout and the skid-proof bottom had worn off. It was slippery even for an able-bodied person.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Everything well maintained.

Layout of the room was a little odd. TV sort of in the middle of everything.

It was not only close to my son's school but it was so clean and comfortable. And I got a very good rate.

The guy who checked me in was excellent. Perfect courtesy.

The later night staff could learn a lot from the earlier staff. Both of us greeted him with happy New Years and he didn't respond. Later that night, I came down to purchase 2 waters.... He was very bland and unresponsive.

Staff was great from the front desk to the house keeping crew. I enjoyed the bed the most.... Super comfortable!!! And breakfast was outstanding !!!

Nothing. Worst customer service ever. Management at this hotel is non existent.
