After a long car ride we needed to use the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush. We told the person at the front desk and she said she would get someone on it right away. after that the toilet wouldn't stop running. Plus no elevator.

cleanleness. thick dust drawers had yuk in them mold on frig door seal. bathroom floor between shower had mold.Im a housekeeper and whould not leave a room that way!

Not clean refridgerator in my room was full of old food and garbage Makes me question how clean everything else was

Everything inside the hotel was perfect. The outside looked shabby but it was delightful once we stepped in. Best night sleep we had!

The outside was shabby and wished for an elevator inside. But that was not a big deal.

Though room was clean....Hotel hallways and especially the room smelled horrible. Smelled like mold!! Pool needs a real good cleaning! Stairs into pool and the "shallow" end was very slimy.

There is not enough room to tell all the awful things the night manager said and did to myself and two young daughters. He scared us to the point we had to call police. NEVER STAY HERE.

The rooms (multiple) smelled like cigar or old cigarette smoke. We mentioned it to the front desk, so we would not get charged, and they offered to move us. We declined because we were traveling with a baby (lots of bags and stuff) and had to be leaving.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. The employees were helpful and friendly.

Very high quality hotel for only a 2 star rating. Better than some 2.5 star hotels I have stayed in. Room clean.

They should have waffles for breakfast as an option.

Clean nice rooms

There were cockroaches in the entire hotel and black mold on the seals of the fridges

Everything was dirty. There were cockroaches in multiple rooms as we had a total of 10 rooms.

We had to ask for fresh towels. Room needed a refresh, bathroom had botched repairs on tile issues. I used alcohol wipes to clean around sink handles as they were cleaned properly! Wiped off with ease.
