Loved our room and how close hotel was to what we were going to explore.stafg was very nice,helpful and over all fantastic

The people above us were load obnoxious and had there small children up till after 1am. Jumping around. At 1 point there was a load crash like furniture being dropped or even thrown.

Location

Stayed in the lobby the first night. My room key wouldn't work and no one showed to fix it after 4 phone calls.

Friendly atmosphere, the pool was good,pool tables, ping pong,hen and games very available

Great space for the price! We had a bedroom, living room, kitchen, fireplace, and large bathroom and the cost was so much lower than other places.

My son wanted to utilize the xbox but it was very outdated and every game he checked out required an hour or longer for an "update" -- it really made the xbox unuseable.

I had a dennis the menace in the room above me. they checked in on saturday around 8 and had non stop yelling and bumping. i made many complaints to the front and nothing was done. it was a horrible experience being woken up many times out of my sleep!

The staff, location, value and cleanliness.

We had to change our room the first night, noisy plumbing flowage problems every 90 seconds. They accommodated us.

I didn¿t like not knowing about the pool not being available until I got there. I purposely picked a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. It was nice that the hotel down the street allowed us to use their pool but so not the same.

The location of the hotel, the decor and the staff were awesome. We can't wait to return sometime in the near future.

Everything was great. No negative at all !!!

Very disappointed with this hotel and the experience that we had overall not what we expected in the way it was handled they would not accommodate us and all they kept saying was if we would've been members they would've been able to take care of us.

The bathtub was dirty we brought it up to their attention and they just did not care

Location was good and the staff somewhat pleasant. The size of the room was awesome, well equiped with utensils, plates, silverware, etc. Didn't know we had to pay $100.00 deposit at check-in and then it was an additional $30.00 for taxes!

We were on the bottom floor and the level above us the floors squeezed all night with people moving around. Didn't get much sleep the two nights we were there. The mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor!

Beautiful room and great price.

It's a timeshare and they're constantly calling the room to get you to book a sales presentation. Parking is also very limited. You also had to pay for everything IE; WiFi, coffee, etc.

Fireplace, view and jacuzzi tub. Although a Murphy bed it was comfortable. Room was clean. Porch hadn't been cleaned in a long time, bird nests and droppings. No free wifi.

Dirty patio. No free wifi. Initially staff told us our reservation was cancelled, even though it wasn't and had already been paid for in full for 1 month

Fireplace was nice.

Carpets needed cleaning/replacing and there was a sour odor throughout. Purchased some scented candles to make it bearable. Wifi not included in room rate is ridiculous. Even most McDonalds offer free wifi!

The mattress was very uncomfortable for all 4 people.
