Free shuttle service to the airport, free hot breakfast, free parking and the mattresses on the regular bags were comfortable.

The pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. It was wrong side up with the coils literally poking your body during sleep. Still not comfortable when on correctly. We asked reception for something to lay on top but they did not follow through.

Clean, friendly, breakfast was amazing, great location.

Extended parking was a distance from the hotel on a hill. Very difficult for a person like myself that has mobility issues. No assistance back to hotel.

was not as clean as expected, the beds were not comfortable (I could feel the mattress springs)

We booked the hotel mainly for the free shuttle to Airport, it was not available for us, had to book Uber to get to Airport. Never told the shuttle has to be booked way in advance or have spare shuutle if itis full.

Further away than most hotels but in a safe neighborhood. It's worth the trade.

- Like new, nice roomy bathroom with branded soap shampoo etc. Provided, Very nice delicious free breakfast with various items, spacious parking, excellent room entry system, No smell, big screen tv.

One and only big drawback is the LOCATION. Too far away (25 minutes drive) to O'hare. Closer to major highway on the map but takes time to reach due to lots of traffic lights and crowded traffic. I don't find good restaurants near by too.

The breakfast was good. The room was very clean. staff seem very nice.

It is located right near the tollway and also on a very busy street so traffic noise for the rooms on that side of the hotel was considerable during the night even.

The bathroom floor was filthy. It looked like someone had walked in there with wet boots and it had dried. It was everywhere on the bathroom floor. Even on sides of toilet.

Great option near O¿hare without the bustle of the rose mint area. Free parking and free breakfast was the kicker!

Everything was good but I think my room(224) had bed bugs I had woken up with red spots all over my legs and are still there and it¿s going to be a week

The front office staff was terrific!! Lizzy was very helpful!!!!

Close to the airport and to many nice places to eat in Bensenville....
