Good location.

They charged a $75 deposit when we checked in. It was supposed to be refunded once we checked out. To date, they still have not refunded it.

Not worth the price

Pool was cold, door had to be pulled shut and random knocking at all hours while trying to sleep

Bed was the perfect soft and great pillows, great bedding. Quickly got over anything I didn't like because the bed was awesome.

Smells like water damage and high price , no military discount

The fact that there is NOT an elevator and me and my partner are both disabled and we had to climb stairs repeatedly!

Worse customer service. When I checked in there was no one at the register. Finally he came and gave us a late checkout of 01:30 pm but they started banging door at 12pm and said we can?t give you late checkout so you have to get out asap.

There's 1 housekeeper went above and beyond except 1 time when I had the sign on my door she knocked on the door and said housekeeping bus she the best out of the whole housekeeping crew Bertha thank you for all your hard work

I needed a tub stopper and I told Enrique that I could've went anywhere with my business this hotel dosent appreciate my business and he said "we really don't" Enrique needs to have more customer service skills. But he found me a stopper anyway.

The beds are comfortable

The room didn't smell fresh and the clean towels smelled like a dog

I walked in one night as nd found my room clean it was a miracle

People are starting to smoke

Very old and dated, desperately needs updating.?soiled rugs. Dirty overall, especially the public corridors. An awful experience.

It's quiet

Yes the manager said I can't switch rooms daily and I'm a frequent customer.

I don't like that they charge a deposit like a regular transaction then you have to wait 7-10 business days before it goes back to your account most hotels just hold the deposit and you get it back the next day.

The Lady that was at the Lobby Saturday afternoon was very RUDE, she apparently lacked the most basic skill necessary for someone employed in a hospitality industry!

when the ac wasn't working in one room I was transfer to another room the AC was working properly.
