The price, the staff, the room and the home cooked breakfast.

It didn't effect us but the hotel does not have an elevator to the second floor.

Staff was outstanding and helpful whenever we needed them

No sound barrier between the adjoining room. They had tv on and a little loud

The room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Wonderful breakfast included. Close to many red and Walmart if you need pick pick up essentials.

We are senior citizens, so the lack of an elevator was an issue. Fortunately, Ross was able to find a solution. I think that has to be better told to potential visitors

Bugs in the bathroom! The room was not clean and the hotel smelled

Everything was great food, pool, room etc. Cleaniness. Staff was very professional and courteous. We was very comfortable at this hotel and will stay there in the near future

Indoor pool, sauna, and great breakfast. The evening staff member was very nice and helpful

No hot tub

Everything! Very clean. Very quiet including the heating unit. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices. Pet friendly. Ice machine worked, unlike a motel in the Birmingham area. Well lit parking area for security.

The location and the friendly staff. Plus that we could park our truck and trailer for the car cruise night.

Could be updated a little and could use a deep cleaning.

Staff was wonderful. The lady at the desk switched me to a first floor room. At my age, it's hard to tote luggage up stairs when there is no elevator - and she understood.

It was an average room in normal times. In these times, when they don¿t clean or change sheets it was very nice. It was clean everywhere you looked. The people who worked there were all nice and polite and seemed happy to be doing their jobs.

Not having an elevator was a pain. We are seniors and walking upstairs with luggage was a bit harsh.

Fairly priced. Very well run. Comfortable beds and heating/A/C.

Room entrance. Bathroom was too small. We prefer sink in same room not separate.

The decor was very nice, an "up north" style. The pool & spa area was large, light, & airy. The pool was at least twice the size of other hotel pools, a definite plus. Full hot breakfast. Staff was excellent, informative, friendly.

There's nothing that we did not like, but I do have two suggestions. The room was large, but needs a comfy chair or mini couch, there is space for one. Need a charging station, the only electric outlet by the bed was inaccessible, blocked by the bed.

It was a convenient place for us to stop on our road trip. It felt safe. It was adequate for a quick overnight stay.

The pillows on our bed were dirty, the room smelled like dog, the cleaning staff vacuumed the hallway at 8 AM on a Saturday.

Found 2 hairs in our bed!! Mattress was like a rock ! And pillows were way to flat!

Location - it is right off the highway, and this was just an over night stay on a road trip. There were also many restaurants nearby for dinner. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was little road noise considering it is so close to the highway.
