Very clean, spacious room for work, polite staff

Rooms are a good size, good hotel location.

Pool was absolutely out of control. I was there with my kids & had to shout to my spouse right next to me for him to hear. So many other SCREAMING & SHOUTING unsupervised kids while parents were either out on the patio having drinks, or poolside on phones

Very nice hotel. Layout was good, very comfortable rooms n beds.

The customer service at this hotel was really good. They were helpful during my stay. Location was convenient to get into Downtown Chicago and surrounding areas.

The hotel as a Four Star simply was not up to par. The pool and hot tub was truly poor and was nowhere inviting to every use. The hotel itself needs a full renovation and facelift to justify it being priced and rated a Four star.

Quick access to the city

Ada room with no grippers in the tub. Slipped and fell. There was a sewage snell and carpet was filthy.

The size of the room. And the beds were good too

First, the WiFi in the room was sub Hilton standards. Also most Hilton have Keurigs in the rooms but because there is a Starbucks they have these awful cuisanart coffee makers that have never been cleaned with out of sat creamers

The room was very spacious. The staff was very accomodating

The noise in the middle of the night was horrible

The young man at rthe front desk assisted me with getting ajointing rooms with my 90 year old mom.

Tthe remotes did not work initially and had to be replaced. It took a while before they were serviced and one of the ironing board llegs broke.

Close to everything and like the Restaurant on site

Our room didn’t have towels and wash clothes. The hallway carpet was divans needed vacuumed.

The open space and the rooms are good.

No vending machines on the floor to buy water in the middle of the night.

It was clean and nice decor

The guest above us were extremely loud and it appears they let their children jump off the beds at 330am. The walls also seemed a bit thin..Other than that it was nice

The staff was extremely helpful

Issue with their internet and construction inside the hotel affected my sleep

The rooms were roomy. The staff was very friendly. There was a full Starbucks inside the hotel.

I liked that it was an all suite hotel, especially when your traveling with young children it?s nice to have some privacy

The staff trying to charge unrelated charges to my card after not verifying with me once I checked out.

The room was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The restaurant has a fantastic menu and food.

Location. Pool was warm

Only one front desk. So checking in was long. Phone did not work in the room when I walked down to desk. Same long line. Hot tub was boiling and the jets didnt work.

The grandkids liked the pool and hot tub. The room was spacious.

I wish there had been a complimentary breakfast, but having a Starbucks in the hotel was a nice (and affordable) option.

The location.

The hot tub was NOT HOT. The TV signal kept pixelating so badly I had to turn it off. The associated fitness center was not open. The stay was grossly overpriced based upon these issues.
