Homewood Suites by Hilton Downers Grove Chicago

Dirty rooms and poor upkeep in the common areas. Lack of room service, feet were black from how dirty the floors in the rooms were. Pool closed and maintenance issues including a broken elevator. Breakfast quality was poor.

Location security & staff

we had no room service for the whole stay. No one to pick up the garbage in the room & in the Bathroom. We had to keep asking the desk for clean towels each night & for paper towels, Kleenex , Toliet paper etc.I

It had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The Murphy bed was awesome. It would be great for a long term stay.

The energy and vibe of the hotel was great. I felt warm and safe. Positive experience

Too many kids in the pool and hot tub and not enough towels in the pool area

Then my hotel room was not ready when I got there at three. I had to wait an hour and a half ask to speak to a manager in order for me to get my room.

It was clean n nicely presentable.. staff was great

I didn?t like they charged my card and the room was already paid for.. also the advertisement of the room was false

Very nice Hotel, Spacious, Clean, Comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was beautiful and the staff was really nice, they send you a text and anything you need you can text them and they’ll bring it right up.

There was nothing I didn’t like the hotel was great. Just busy but that was expected it was New Years Eve.

Slight water damage in ceiling, one front desk employee directed us to the "to- go" bag breakfast, instead of the hot breakfast buffet included with our stay. That was a little weird but, I'm glad I knew better.

Shower/tub needs a slip-proof floor mat! Very dangerous!Breakfast buffet lacks FRUIT!

Quiet and comfortable place. Very friendly staff and great breakfast options.

Sofa/Murphy bed for a 4 ppl room options are very uncomfortable. ( may be because of old matresses.)
